6 3DViewStation Price List p. 2 It amounts to 20% of the respective list price and covers product updates and service packs at below conditions. During the maintenance period, technical support (per telephone and ) is provided free of charge. months, if not cancelled in writing at least 90 days before the expiration date. Two de-/reactivations per license are included per seat and maintenance period. A fee of 650 /seat will be charged, if 2 additional de-/reactivations will be requested during the same maintenance period. As alternative, customer might consider moving from seat to floating. Change of MAC address is included once a year, if maintenance has not expired. If maintenance has expired or in case of additional changes a handling fee of 150 will be charged per case. Changing the MAC address requires a De-installation Declaration to be signed by the end-user. Mandatory Re-installation Fee will be charged to customers not renewing maintenance before expiration date. Renewals will be backdated. 3DViewStation Desktop and ActiveX: Re-installation Fee is 200 per seat and 400 per floating license. Automation Server and 3DViewStation WebViewer: Re-installation Fee is /server. Export option is only for interactive usage via convert-/file saving dialogue. For Batch-Export an Automation Server license will be required. This price list is effective from and replaces all previous price agreements 6
