In response to this and to aid selection of the most suitable and cost effective stainless steel washroom accessories for each project, this guide categorises Bobrick products in three distinct groups according to usage type. PRESTIGE In these high-end buildings and signature projects, typical washroom characteristics would include excellent architectural design and the use of high quality materials and equipment. Traffic flow would normally be moderate to low and abuse negligible. HEAVY TRAFFIC Typically, these are buildings with public access where large groups of people require the use of washroom facilities, often over short periods. In this case, washrooms and the accessories within them have to withstand periods of extremely high usage. Vandalism and abuse are to be expected and durability and extra large capacities become essential design considerations. STANDARD USE This is a demanding category where cost considerations may conflict with the need to maintain high standards of both architectural design and rugged practicality. Washrooms in this environment are likely to be subjected to regular traffic and occasional abuse.
