TM-DIMSUM is a collaboration initiative between unifi TV and DIMSUM with an aim to provide access to DIMSUM for an eligible TM s customer. TM is the carrier billing provider and DIMSUM is responsible for the product and services. 1.2 What is DIMSUM? Dimsum is the latest video streaming service in Malaysia and Brunei. Serving the best Asian content including drama, entertainment, variety, kids, movies, documentary adn news. There is also parental control available for kids and access through multiple devices with a seamless experience. Get the latest dramas and simulcast the country of origin. We offer high quality content online for an affordable subscription fee Does DIMSUM provide subtitles for all content? DIMSUM have subtitles for the majority of their library and are constantly working on adding subtitles for more content. You can connect up to a MAXIMUM of five (5) devices per TM-DIMSUM account Can I access TM-DIMSUM when I am offline? You can download 10 shows via the mobile phone app and access the download shows for up to 14 days without internet connection Can I watch TM - DIMSUM via unifi TV set-top-box? Not at the moment, but will be available soon.

This offering is applicable for all new and existing unifi & Broadband (4Mbps & 8Mbps) customers subscription ( Eligible Subscribers ) Do I have to pay for this offer? Yes, you only need to pay RM10/month to enjoy unlimited access of dimsum content! How do I subscribe for this offer? Follow simple step as below: - 1) Download Dimsum app at Google Play (Android), App Store (ios) or 2) Register and login 3) Subscribe for RM10/month to enjoy unlimited content of dimsum How do I get my DIMSUM login ID and password? For first time login, you need to register through your or Facebook in order for you to get your login ID and password What should I do if I forgot my ID/password? Follow simple step as below: - 1) Go to Login 2) Select Forgot your password? 3) Enter your registered then submit 4) You will receive from DIMSUM to reset password

How do I terminate my TM-DIMSUM account/subscription? 1) For Android and Web users: Go to My Account/ Subscription History> Cancel 2) For ios users: Go to Settings > App Store > Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Cancel 3) For MAC and PC users: Open itunes > Account > View My Account > Enter password or Touch ID (MAC) & Account page, scroll to Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription
