If you have misplaced it, support@churchapplive.com We recommend that you complete the following tasks within a few days of creating your mobile app account: But first, here's a short video showing some of the features, click here to view. Now here is a video addressing the features for administrators, click here Login to your admin area and begin to customize the look and feel of your app From your admin area, begin to add content to your app such as calendar events, sermon media archives, newsletter information, prayer board, etc. Add your members to the member directory so they will be listed in the secure member directory and they can login to the private, secure area within the app (member directory, prayer board). Make your congregation aware of your new church app and encourage them to install the app on their phone

2 You can login via the link in the welcome or from your site by choosing the admin login link in the admin area of your site. When you click on the Admin Login link a window will pop open:

3 Login to the Admin Control Panel using your admin login ( address) and password when the next window opens up. If you have forgotten your admin password, please click on the link I forgot my admin password. Once successfully logged in, you will be able to access all the features on the administration control panel to begin configuring your app. Go to Mobile App Management. We suggest you click on the install app link and choose one of the places you can download your app. You can also go directly to that store from your mobile device and search and choose ChurchAppLive. Once you download ChurchAppLive you will be able to choose your city and state and church. See image below.

4 We suggest you start with uploading a logo of your church or ministry by clicking on the upload a different App Logo link. Once you click on this link you can upload a logo from your computer. For best results, please make sure the logo is 270px by 70px. You can choose a different button design if you like, just click on the Choose a Different Button Design link. Once you select a different button design, the next time your app is launched on the phone, it will have the desired buttons.

5 Select Background Design You can choose a different background design by clicking on the link and selecting a design. Enable/Disable Features: To enable or disable buttons on the app, hover your mouse over the Design link in the top menu and you will see a drop down. From there, choose Enable/Disable, and your buttons will appear. See below.

6 You can click on the features you would like to enable or un-check those you wish to disable. Click update after you are done. There is a help button in the right-hand corner to help explain these features. Double click on a button to place a specific URL or other important information. See below for example.

7 URL Admin Area You should enter your church or ministry's web site URL, a donation URL if you have one, and Facbook URL here.

You Have Options You have both customization and deployment options for your church app. Customization options include the ability to define app content, choose app button artwork, the app background, upload your own custom church logo as well as the ability to enable and disable the more than 12 features on the app from your app admin panel. You also have the option (for a small fee) to publish your own church branded app in the App Stores (Google, Apple and Amazon) with your church name, your church logo, your church icon, your church description, etc. You provide your artwork (we can help), your app name, your description and we'll publish the app branded with your church information to your specifications. Choose Your Option Customized With Option 1, you customize your app and create the app content from your admin control panel and your members and guests install the ChurchAppLive app from the App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store and Amazon App Store) to their phones and tablets. The first time they launch the app, it will ask them to identify their church and then they'll experience your customized app! They do a search in the app store for ChurchAppLive for this non-branded app. Customized and Branded With Option 1+, your members will find your custom branded app by your church's name in the App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store and Amazon App Store). Your app will be branded with your church's name, your church's logo and your church's description. You'll still be able to control the content and look and feel within the app from your admin panel with this option. There is aone-time small fee to brand your app and submit it to the App Stores. Custom Built! With Option 2, you let us know what features and functionality you

Monthly Cost During your free trial period, everything is free and use is unlimited! After the Free Trial, pricing is as follows: $29.00 per month There is a one time $79 activation fee when you activate your account. Contact us: support@churchapplive.com (Optional) - The cost to create a custom branded app for your church and publish it in the App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store and Amazon) is a one time fee of $299. More Church App Live Features Media You can stream your services live to your app (using our StreamingChurch.tv product). Members and guests are also able to view your on-demand video as well as listen to your audio sermons and other multi-media. You're also able todistribute other files and media (like pdf documents, etc.) to your members and guests right in the app.

10 Communication Your church calendar events, newsletter articles and documents are available to your guests and members right from the app! Now everyone can stay informed and in touch right from your church app. Informed Guests & Members Your guests and members can donateright from your app. Provide access to your church's Facebook page and church web site. Those new to your church can getautomated directions from wherever they are directly to your church with a map and turn by turn directions!

11 Secure Member Tools Your members can login using the secure login you provide to access the member directory available in the app. The secure directory includes member photos as well as an automated map tool, text tool and phone call link. Members can also viewsecure prayer requests and post new prayer requests right from your secure app. Completely Customizable From your secure admin panel, you make updates to sermon videos, newsletter articles, calendar items and they are instantly updated in the app for every guest and member! You also control the look of the app by choosing button themes, backgrounds. You can also turn on and off any feature you desire from your secure admin panel!

12 Interactivity Element of Your App We believe church should be a two-way interactive experience, therefore we have created an interactive mobile app. When you log into your Church App Live admin center, go to the Interactivity link and find the area to add things like a polls, teaching challenge, check in, sermon notes, and more. This will encourage your members to be active in your church and help them grow spiritually.
