You as admin wish to have details like how many master & vouchers have been created or altered and by which user. Now sit back & relax! This comprehensive report does it all by recording all necessary credentials. Easily find who has done what. Introduction: View user activities like how many times a user has logged-in to the company along with login & logoff time, the MAC, IP address or name of the system which the user has used for working. In the mean while, how many masters (ledger & stock items) and voucher user has created and altered. Get all this & more Highlights Captures date & time of user s login as well as logoff. Shows the system name, MAC Address, IP Address & Windows User Name. Works on system date irrespective to the Tally date. A quality product of Impressive Star! Important! Note : The entries in this report are refectled only when the user quit (logoff ) company. If quiting Tally has happened by any error, then the log will be incomplete In case of multiple log-in by same user name or multiple instances the result may appear confusing In case of thin clinet setup or remote desktop access, the value of System Name, IP address and MAC will the same (of server only) for user logs.

6 FAQs Will it affect my current working? Is there any interruption to the users during entry? No! It will not affect any of your working. Users will not get any sign of logging. Will I have to do any other configuration to view this report? No!! You are done by deploying this add-on, no other configuration is required. If a same master or voucher is altered by multiple users, will it be reported for each user? Yes! The log will be shown for all involved users. What about my existing entries? How these will be reported? Transactions done before deploying this module will not appear in the report. Any alteration of old transactions after this deployment is recorded. If you are updating the add-on it will work normally in addition with new features. What if any session of Tally exits with error? Just like your F12 settings, in such cases no recording is saved for that user. If I am using Wi-Fi internet, then what will be system name (MAC Address)? The MAC Address displayed only for Physical Address not for the Wi-Fi. If you are using thin client setup, the server s MAC Address will be displayed for all the clients. What is the minimum release requirement of this add-on? It will work fine with the Tally.ERP9 release 3.0 onwards. Still we insist on try before buy. What if I upgrade my ERP to a newer version available in the future? Most of the add-ons by Impressive Star would work with the coming releases as they are generic by design. However, if there is any major code change, an update of the add-on would be made available. How will I get support for this add-on?
