2 My Child At School is a portal enabling parents to view their child's academic performance in real-time via a web browser - My Child At School provides: Access real-time Attendance, Assessment and Behavioural data Provides an insight to parents on their child s academy work (homework topics etc.) Communication ( and Text) facilities to improve contact between parents and the Academy

3 My Child At School Homepage The Modules available for display are: Attendance Behaviour Exam Homework Timetable Announcements Classes Parents Evening Bookings Communication

4 Homepage - Attendance Attendance for Today is displayed. This will then show you a Graph of Attendance Percentages for the student you are viewing.

5 Full Attendance Details Each day in the Calendar will be colour coded by the Key shown at the top. If you <Hover> the cursor over any particular day in the Calendar, you will be shown all of the recorded Attendance from that day.

6 Homepage - Behaviour The 5 most recent recordings of Behaviour are displayed. As well as the Description of the Behaviour Events being visible, the icons shown below are used for further clarification as to their meaning.

7 Full Behaviour Details Each day will be colour coded by the Key shown at the top. Negative Behaviour will take precedence over Positive Behaviour and Neutral Behaviour for display purposes. If you click on any particular day in the Calendar, you will be shown all of the recorded Behaviour from that day.

8 Homepage - Homework The 5 most recent recordings of Homework are displayed. <Click> for further information about the assigned Homework.

9 Homepage - Timetable From the Home Page, you have access to see the Student Timetable.

11 Homepage - Announcements From the Home Page, you have access to the most recent Announcements published by the Academy.

12 Full Announcements Details To view all Active Announcements published by the Academy, <Click> more or select the Announcements Module from the Home Page Tabs.

13 Homepage - Classes From the Home Page, you have access to the Classes your child currently attends. To view the information about the Class, move the cursor over the icon.

14 Homepage - Classes You will be able to send an directly to a teacher using the address, if available or you can send a message to the teacher using the Send Message and entering the message details.

15 Homepage - Communication From the Home Page, you have access to the most recent Reports published by the Academy.

16 Homepage - Communication Clicking More will show all Communication that has been sent by the Academy which you are able to view

17 Exams To Access click Exam within the Home Page Tabs. You will have access to your students external exam timetable.

18 Parents Evening This is the area in which parents can arrange Parent s Evening appointments. To Access click Exam within the Home Page Tabs. Selecting the relevant Parent s Evening from the available Dropdown box.

19 Parents Evening To arrange an appointment, simply click the Blue Box containing the desired Teacher/Subject. Simply find an available time, and click book to arrange the appointment.

20 Updating Details You are able to update you contact details via setting on the top tool bar.
