3 Telstra Discovery My initial 6 week engagement was within the Discovery stage. This involved designing 4 wireframe prototypes that included over 50 interactive screens. These were refined through user testing over, then presented to key stakeholders from different areas of the business through a 1/2 day prototype play-off. Personas, user journeys and potential features based on customer feedback would be discussed concluding in a vote for the prototype that provided the most perceived benefit to the business and Telstra customer. 4 Telstra Telstra Connect For the remaining 8 months I was asked to lead platform UX design direction for Telstra new B2B Enterprise platform solution, Telstra Connect. I played a key role in building a small team of UX/VD designers and promoted an open collaborative team environment and implemented work processes to improve consistent quality output. I led a user-centred design approach from customer research, wire framing and interactive prototypes to usability testing and presenting insights for stakeholder review. I also helped establish style-guides and common behaviours and collaborated with development teams within an Agile Scum methodology.

7 Carsguide ios and Android Redesign Carsguide was experiencing a large drop-off of users from the home screen. The interface was overwhelming and provided no content outside of searching. Readability, jumping from multiple screens and other user experience issues were identified. I was placed within Carsguide with a Project Manager from Outware for a 5 month engagement to help build in new features to the current app in parallel to the new redesign.

9 Carsguide User Testing 3 rounds of user testing was conducted within News Corp Limited Testing Lab, from concept to design using high fidelity prototypes created with proto.io. Findings (including SUS scores) were presented back to Carsguide with recommendations based on the results. Prototypes:

17 William Hill Mobile App redesign In 2015 William Hill became Australia's biggest online gambling provider due to the acquisition of a number of industry key brand. I was contracted as the initial lead UI designer for a complete redesign of their mobile apps and was required to analyse and build from a small set of high-level wireframes and early concepts. The challenge was to learn complex online betting markets and apply a new intuitive, simplified customer experience. Over 6 months a style guide and 50+ screen designs were created within an agile delivery environment (including research, wire framing and rapid prototyping when required).

21 ANZ Pace ANZ was researching the potential to reduce the amount of health issue claims from longterm life insurance customers by promoting proactive fitness with the aid of wearable technology. A 6 month trial with ANZ employees using a Fitbit synced to a mobile app was used to analyse engagement as well as features such as rewards for various incentives. My main role was as UI and Visual Designer was to convert high-level wireframes into development ready designs as well as modify and extend initial concepts. Prototypes:

23 Banking & Rewards Concept
24 Banking and Rewards Concept Workshop and User Testing A global retail bank approached Outware to provide a design solution for merging banking and customer rewards into one app. The process was an intense 2 day workshop with key client stakeholders based on Google Ventures Design Sprint process. The output was wireframe concepts into high fidelity interactive prototype to user test and validate the concept and provide initial direction for establishing an MVP (minimal viable product). As sole UX and UI designer I played a leading role in facilitating the workshop and following through with design to user testing to present back to the client. Prototypes: frame.html
