1 य क ब क UCO BANK सम म न आपक व श व स क Honours Your Trust Process for upload photograph for Photobased Personalized VISA Cards (Gold, Platinum & Signature) Before proceeding for Photo upload, Please be ensure that the request has been made in DCR under Visa personalized card option. Photo uploading will be allowed only on the next day (and also only when Report Server is avaialble) after iniating a request in DCR. Please note that the Photo file name should be customer id of the respective account for which request has been initiated in DCR, followed by N or R in JPG format (N-for New request & R-for Re-issue Request). Please ensure that photo upload process is done through GOOGLE Chrome browser. Pre-Requisite 1. Account number for which photo card request has been made. 2. Scanned photo of the customer with size (W-150*H-198 px ) of the photo as less than 1 MB. 3. The name of the photo has to be in proper format i.e N.jpg or R.jpg Process of Photo Upload The User has to Login UCO online portal (Internet or Intranet).

2 After logging in the portal, go to Alternate Delivery Channel Tab. In Alternate Delivery Channel, a drop down list will appear the user has to click the option with the caption as Personalized card Photo Upload/Status Enquiry.

3 After clicking the option, this screen will be displayed as follows In the above screen, the user has to enter the account number for which they have given the photo based personalised card request.

4 On entering the account number click on the tab button and please wait for a moment for the system to fetch up the customer id and the last photo based card request id for that particular account. Once the details related to particular account number is poped up automatically, user will have to select the photograph from respective path. Please note that the

5 Photo file name should be customer id followed by N or R in JPG format (N-for New request & R-for Re-issue Request) (for example: N.jpg or R.jpg). After selecting the photograph from respective path click on Upload button it will display a message box as Validation started, please click on ok button and wait until the validation completes.

6 On completion of the validation process your photograph will be uploaded and you will get the confirmation message on the screen as shown in the below screen. Kindly note down the reference number generated for further enquiry on the personalised card. If user wishes to upload photo for more than one customer, then the same process would be followed. No photographs will be entertained over from the branches. The branches are strictly instructed to adhere the above steps for personalised card photo upload.

7 Process to Enquire about Photo Upload Status/Card Process Status The user can enquire about the status of photo based personalised card requests, on clicking the link CLICK HERE FOR PHOTO UPLOAD STATUS ENQIURY which is on the top of the page, On clicking the link for enquiry the user will be routed to the page where he can enquire the status of personalised card by entering DCR request id or reference number generated during the time of photo upload.

8 The user has to enter either photo upload reference number or DCR request id On enquiry you will know the status of personalised card, as follows 1. Uploaded The photo has been uploaded by Branch. The card is yet to be processed at HO. 2. In Process The photo has been received by HO and the card is under processing. 3. Processed The photo and request has been processed and card has been sent to card vendor for dispatching to the customer. The PIN mailer shall be dispatched to Branch from HO.

9 4. Appropriate comments will be given for requests those are unable to proceed further from our end due to some reasons. If user wishes to enquire, more than one request, then the same process would be followed after clicking REFRESH. N.B:- After receipt of card by customer & PIN mailer by Branch, Branch has to handover the PIN mailer to customer and initiate Delivery of Personalised card request through DCR menu for activation of the card.
