I. Introduction: The Home Page The Home Page has featured content, a newsfeed, the Main Menu, and a Search box. a. FEATURED CONTENT If you click on a rotating image, that feature will appear in the larger image window.

FEATURED CONTENT If you click on a rotating image, that feature will appear in the larger image window. To view information on the feature, click on the button (circled in red below). If available, you can watch a video by clicking on the button. To go to the feature s page, click on the text. In the example below, you would click on Germany HISTORY Award. b. MAIN MENU There are 7 main pages of this website: 1. Highlights: Browse highlighted content. 2. Catalogue: Search for a specific series, season, or episode. 3. Orders: View your cart, order history, and search through your past orders with a filtered search. 4. Production: Browse production related content. 5. Brands: Browse brand related content such as games, publicity, and more. 6. Events: Browse event related content such as presentations, slide shows, and more. 7. II. How to find a specific Series or Episode a. On all main pages of this site, there is a Search Catalogue field, shown in the red circle in the picture below.

NOTE: This is a predictive search, meaning that as you type, suggestions will auto fill in the search field, as shown below. To turn this off, hit the esc button on your keyboard. b. You are now on the Catalogue Page, shown in the picture below.

3 II. How to find a specific Series or Episode a. On all main pages of this site, there is a Search Catalogue field, shown in the red circle in the picture below. Type the name of the product you are looking for, and then click on the blue arrow on the right. NOTE: This is a predictive search, meaning that as you type, suggestions will auto fill in the search field, as shown below. To turn this off, hit the esc button on your keyboard. b. You are now on the Catalogue Page, shown in the picture below. In this example, there are 22 series and 109 episodes. To look through them, click on a button (circled in red) to see the submenus. c. Below is a picture of a series submenu. Click on buttons to view more submenus and see records for seasons and episodes. Episodes will have one of the icons listed below: 1.

An extended menu appears. 2. Click on the box to the left of Spanish. 3. Click on the arrow in the Search Catalogue field in the upper right. 6 III. How to Browse Highlighted Series a. Click in the main menu to view the Highlights Page, shown below. b. Select your desired brand from the menu circled in red. c. In the picture above, the items in the green circles are examples of buttons to select a series. If the series is in your catalog, you may click on them to view the Series Page. d. To browse more series, click on the blue arrows or page numbers (circled in red in the picture above). e. To view series that are coming soon, click on the button (circled in red in the picture above). f. When you select a series, you will be directed to a Series Page, where you can add it to your cart, find marketing materials, and more. 7 IV. Series, Season, and Episode Pages a. Series, Season, and Episode Pages list all the information and available materials related to that product. You may scroll down to view all the information, or click on one of the items in the menu on the right (in red circle) to jump to a section. Examples of sections include: VIDEOS: You can view the episode or promo here. PRODUCTION MATERIALS: To download, click on the desired asset. MARKETING MATERIALS: To download, click on the desired asset. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Here you will find specific information about this product, such as language, rights, and formats. IMAGES: To download or view a large version of an image, click on it. To exit the preview window, click outside of its frame. b. To add the product to your cart, click on the button. For more information on ordering, go to Section V on page 8. c. 9 f. You will then be redirected to the Order Confirmation Page. It will list your order number, the order date, and the products. If the information is correct, confirm your order by clicking on the button, circled in red in the picture below. If you need to make changes, click on, circled in green. g. 10 VI. How to View Your Order History a. Click in the top menu to go to the Orders Page, shown below. The numbers circled in green show the hours purchased and available. You can view orders based on their status by selecting an option in the Status section, circled in the picture below. c. 12 VII. Finding Images and Other Materials There are a few ways to find images and other marketing materials relating to a product. All assets related to series, seasons, and episodes are located in the Catalogue, and can be downloaded from the product record or from Series, Season, or Episode Pages. a. In the Search Catalogue box, type the series name and click on the arrow. NOTE: This is a predictive search, meaning that as you type, suggestions will auto fill in the search field. To turn this off, hit the esc button on your keyboard. b. You will be redirected to the Catalogue Page. You may navigate the submenus and download items directly from a record by clicking on the icons, as shown circled in green below. c. You can also download materials from the Series, Season, or Episode Pages. To get to these Pages, click on the image in the product s record. These pages are described in Section IV on Page 7. d. 13 e. For images, click on Marketing, click on the box to the left of Images, then click on the blue arrow in the Search box. Your results will now show records that contain images to download. To clear the filters, click on Clear all filters. f. You can then click on the icon in the product record or on the Series or Episode Page, which will take you to the image section.
