9 Efficiency of mounts Guest vs. Hypervisor Hypervisor mounts (XenServer) are far more efficient than guest DISK = 2 to 4 times as fast. Detailed answer depends on random vs. sequential access. Opportunity for hypervisor to share pages across VMs. Streaming Client will mount the given VHD inside VDA guest Auto-detect pooled execution based on PVS presence. Override supported via registry. UseVHD. Admins: optimize by hypervisor mounting common big VHDs Streaming client will not mount App Hub if mount point already exists (aka directory).

Set the following Values: FileName which is a STRING Value to the Path of the FSD ReadOnlyFSD which is A DWORD to 1 If necassary for Logging: ErrorLogLocation which is a String Value which specify the path to the Error ETL File.

21 What about The Future and now Since 4.6 SP1 Client RD Server are supported for Read Only FSD App-V 5.0 We plan to remove the current FileSystem and use VHD instead of FSD. TAP starts this Summer Server App-V Will be managed trough SCVMM Powershell Azure connector Late this year
