ConTeS Software ConTeS starts automatically after the internal PC has been switched on and has started up. If ConTeS does not start automatically, double-click the ConTeS icon on the desktop. 8 Login / User accounts Login / User accounts Once user accounts have been created by the specialists, each user can be assigned a login name and password. There are two user groups available: Experts: Standard: Administrator has full rights - To create new user accounts - Has access to manual valve control Restricted rights The log-in data for the experts is as follows after installation: User name: User Password: hydac Edit this data after logging in for the first time in order to prevent misuse. Quitting ConTeS and switching off the system Quit ConTeS via File => Quit. You will be returned to the desktop of the PC's operating system. Programs Documents In the operating system Start menu, select "Turn Off Computer..." To create a new extraction, you will need the following data: - The name of the extraction: - Component: - Name - Group - Number You can add individual steps. You can set parameters for each step. Active extraction: Default By pressing the button, the parameters for the extraction step will be enabled in the PC and the vacuum to suck the liquid from the analysis pan will be created. The rest of the extraction procedure is controlled by the foot switch. The individual steps in the extraction procedure will be worked through in sequence. After each step, the program will stop and wait for confirmation before starting the next step. The end of the extraction is signaled by the appearance of the message window. The door to the clean room must be closed before the button is pressed and must stay closed during the entire rinsing process. This is monitored by a contact on the door. Put the other end of the filler hose into the container with the test liquid. R Note that the software constantly monitors the level and will stop the filling process once the maximum level has been reached. It is not possible to overfill the system. Place the drain hose in the container. Put the drain ball valve into the "Emptying" position. Between them, the two CTM-SC / CTU containers hold a maximum of 20 liters of test liquid. "Emptying" Press the button to start the emptying process for the CTM SC. While emptying, you must hold the foot switch down. Owing to its design, the level sensor in the container does cover the bottom. As a result, the CTM software will still show a content of 1 liter in each reservoir. This mode may only be used by HYDAC service staff, or trained users, logged in on an "expert" user account, for debugging purposes.
