2 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Software Requirements requires one of the following operating systems: Windows XP Professional Windows Vista Windows 7 Client Software Requirements has the following client software requirements: Microsoft.NET framework 3.5 Runtime Integration with Microsoft Office requires Office 2003 or later Microsoft Office 2003 SP2, 2007 or 2010 required if you wish to make use of InfoPath forms libraries Microsoft Office Primary Interop Assemblies (PIAs). Different versions of Office have different PIAs. PIA s must be deployed corresponding with the version of Office installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Second Edition (VSTO 2005 SE) Runtime Microsoft Visual C SP1 Redistributable Package Server Software Requirements requires at least one of the following: Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, MOSS 2007, or SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) 2003 SharePoint Foundation Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0, or 2.0. SharePoint 2010 Online (Office365) or BPOS Hardware Requirements: has the following hardware requirements: Windows-based PC (with Pentium II 450 MHz minimum, 20MB of free disk space, 64MB RAM) Page 1 of 4

3 Release 4.3 SP6 (build ) 2502 Importing sites using the.xml file in the Sites folder, or using Colligo Administrator, is now supported by 64-bit Office After syncing a list and filtering it to display only one of multiple subfolders, the full list of subfolders now displays when setting a new filter The MSI property, ADMIN_SITE_URL now propagates to the Contributor installation The default address extraction when uploading an message is now the SMTP address format: e.g. myname@mycompany.com, rather than a mail-system-specific address with type fields identifying the address format. If you prefer to have the mail-system-specific address as before, you can use the MSI property EXTRACT_SMTP_ _ADDRESSES_ONLY or the registry key ExtractSmtp AddressesOnly with the value of 0 to revert to the prior behavior The Contributor Pro 4.3 SP5 release included a bug that resulted in a sync error (ArgumentException: Item has already been added) in some sync scenarios. This has been fixed If a script is used to create Managed Metadata fields in SharePoint without the Required property being specified, Contributor now correctly interprets the field. NEW FEATURES Release 4.3 SP is now supported by Colligo Administrator, which allows for central administration of users SharePoint sites, folders, and favorites. Release 4.3 SP The status dialog layout has been fixed to correctly display status information when synchronizing large lists. Page 2 of 4

4 Release 4.3 SP4 941 Uploading a zip file with Colligo File Manager without a zip program installed no longer results in multiple instances of Windows Explorer being launched When initially launching Add-In for Outlook, if the Activation window is left idle, multiple activation windows are no longer generated The send-and-file function in Add-In for Outlook now allows filing to noncached locations Clicking the Connect to Outlook button in Internet Explorer no longer leaves behind an additional active Contributor process after the task is completed. Release 4.3 SP Add-In for Outlook now processes any available CfsSites.xml files on startup. You no longer need to run Client just to handle this task Users can now use the Edit Response Before Sending option when responding to a meeting request in Outlook and the request is sent and recorded successfully In Client, views that are filtered by managed metadata columns now display correctly Users can now drag-and-drop s from Outlook into a subfolder of a library in Colligo Contributor Client XML-based Office files now support Enterprise Keywords. 5 NEW FEATURES 510 Compatible with 64-bit edition of Microsoft Office 2010 KNOWN ISSUES 2135 When installing, users with a 64-bit Operating System and 32-bit Microsoft Office need to manually download the x64 C++ redistributable package Users with Outlook 2003 who are using Microsoft Word as their default editor, will experience abnormal behavior when using Colligo Attachment Manager. For normal functionality, configure Outlook as follows: 1. From the Tools menu, select Options. 2. Click the Mail Format tab. 3. In the Message format group, uncheck the following two boxes: a. Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit messages b. Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to read Rich Text messages 4. Click Apply In Microsoft Word 2003, the Send & File and Settings buttons no longer appear within the toolbar When Outlook is closed and you choose File > Send ( ) in Microsoft Word, a dialog displaying an unspecified MAPI error no longer displays If you change the default behavior for the Send & File setting, then close and restart Outlook, the change in setting is now retained With Contributor Uploader, Send & File does not cause the Edit Properties dialog to appear and the is not filed to SharePoint.
