1 What is IdentityIQ? IdentityIQ is Change Healthcare s governance-based Identity & Access Management (IAM) software solution that will become a one-stop shop for compliance, password management, and provisioning activities for both on-premises and cloud-based applications. How to Access IdentityIQ IdentityIQ can be accessed two ways: Single Sign On through PingOne. Go to and click on the Change Healthcare IdentityIQ icon. Or to access directly, login to: Note: Please use latest version for Internet Explorer, Mozilla, or Google Chrome. What if I can't connect to IdentityIQ? IdentityIQ is an internal application and is restricted to users connected to the Change Healthcare trusted network. Direct access from the internet is not allowed. Make sure you are connected on the McKession network before going to PingOne or IdentityIQ. If you cannot connect, please ensure you are connected to the network directly, over VPN, or on a Virtual Desktop. If your network team has enabled your VPN client for split-tunneling this will cause you to have issues as well. If you cannot connect, please follow the procedures below to test your connectivity before contracting support for assitance. Once you've determined you cannot access the application via this procedure, contact the Employee Helpdesk to get a trouble ticket started to correct your network issue. Which browsers are supported in IdentityIQ? 1. Access the IdentityIQ Login Page: 2. If an unsupported browser is used, a notification appears in the lower right corner of the page. Mouse over the notification and a tool tip reveals listing the supported browser. The following browsers are currently supported: Firefox ESR 38 Google Chrome 46+ Windows Internet Explorer 10 and 11 Safari 9 Note: If you are using Internet Explorer on a server operating system with Enhanced Security Configuration enabled, you must add the IdentityIQ application server host (iam.emdeon.net) to the Trusted Sites Zone in Internet Explorer using the Security tab of the Internet Options configuration dialog. Inspiring a Better Healthcare System
2 Home Page The home page provides quick access to some of your most used features of IdentityIQ. What appears on this page is dependent on your level of access and the configuration of the product. Quicklink menu - provides access to frequently used items. Notification icon - provides notifications and quick access to work it Name click the arrow next to your name to change your preferences, access online help, or logout. Updating Your Identity Updating your identity allows you to access the applications you need, reset your network password, and ensure your business contact information is accurate in our team member directories. Note - The data entered in the Private Data section is only visible to you, your manager, HR, and the helpdesk and security teams. Changing some fields, such as your legal name, creates a request ticket for HR to change the corresponding information in UltiPro. You can check the status of change requests on you IdentityIQ dashboard. 1. From the Home page, click the menu button in the top left corner CHANGE HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, LLC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 2
3 2. Scroll down to Manage Identity. 3. The Manage Identity sub-menu displays. Select Edit User Identity CHANGE HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, LLC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 3
4 4. Select your User identity from the drop down list and click NEXT. 5. Select Edit and update the Identity. 6. Once you have filled in or edited all of the relevant fields, click Submit. Reset your Authentication Questions If you have forgotten your authentication questions and need them reset, you may contact the employee help desk to have them reset. Be prepared to verify your identity with the help desk. How do I edit my preferences? 1. Click on the drop-down arrow under your username on the right hand side of the Home page, then click on Preferences. 5 2. Edit your preferences and then click Save. How to reset my password in IdentityIQ? 1. From the Home page, click Reset My Password or from the dashboard, click Manage Access, then select Reset My Password CHANGE HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, LLC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 5
6 2. Select the Verification Method. If you know your authentication questions, select Answer Authentication questions and then click Submit. If your mobile number has been updated in your profile, you can Select Send a verification code to my mobile Phone. If you already have a verification code, select I already have a verification code. Enter the verification code. Select the domain, password, and username. Enter the new password in New password field, if you have any questions about the criteria for password, mouse over the tool tip. Enter the password in verify password field and click Submit. 3. Enter the authentication questions and click on Submit. These answers are not casesensitive. These answers are not case-sensitive. If you don`t remember your authentication question and want to edit them, go back into IdentityIQ and select Edit Authentication questions CHANGE HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, LLC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 6
7 4. Select the domain, username, and the password and repeat the password again in the verify password field, then click Reset. 5. The password reset was successful message displays. Notifications are sent and via text message to your mobile phone number if updated. How to change my password in IdentityIQ? 1. From the Home page, click the menu button in the top left corner. 2. Click on Manage Access, then click on Change Password CHANGE HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, LLC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 7
8 3. Select the Application and User ID to change, and enter the current password. Enter the new password, confirm the new password, and click Submit. How to Unlock My Domain Account in IdentityIQ? 1. Click on the Unlock My account. There are 2 ways of accessing Unlock My Account quick link. a. Quick Link tile on the Home page. b. Quick link from the navigation Menu CHANGE HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, LLC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 8
9 2. The Unlock Account form contains Application and User ID fields as shown in the figure. Select the application/domain from the drop down and User ID which needs to be unlocked and click unlock. 3. If the unlock is successful, you are redirected to the home page. An notification is sent to the user as shown in the screen shot. Identity IQ Dashboard The Dashboard includes online tutorials for further information on IdentityIQ. Where do I go for help? Click on the Help link at the top right of your IdentityIQ dashboard or contact the Change Healthcare Employee Helpdesk at , and select option 2, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday.
