Bits are ignored by the unit. 5) Date/time is expressed using 4 words containing BCD (Binary Coded Decimal) numbers. Each nibble represents a digit. The first word stores Years (in a 2 digits format), the second one Months and Days, the third one Hours and Minutes and the fourth one Seconds and Tenths of a second.
