3 2.System Settings (1)Client Configuration The settings through 1 to 3 need to be done on the user s PC. It is only required for the first time. Display eca-driver menu 1 Add to [Trusted sites]. If your web browser is Internet Explorer, please make the following settings. Go to [Control Panel] and select [Internet Options], or Start Internet Explore and click [Tools] of the menu bar and select [Internet Options]. Select [Trusted sites] and click [Sites] button. Input URL (https (or http) :// (Web (Server name)) and click [Add] button. * If the URL has been already added, click [Cancel] button and close the window. Click [OK] button, and close the window. The URL addition to [Trusted sites] is complete. 3

4 2 Security settings Click on [Security Setup] Administrator authority is required. Security settings are required per PC. Click [Run] button to start downloading the files. the following window will be displayed and the security settings installation will start. After the installation is complete, the following window will be displayed. Click on [Close] button to finish the setting. [Security Settings] is complete. NOTE When.NET Framework 3.5 is not installed in Windows 8.1/ Windows 10, the following message will be displayed. Please set up [Security Settings] after.net Framework3.5 is installed. See 3. Materials (1).NET Framework Confirmation to check.net Framework 3.5 is installed. 4

5 3 Deployment Tool Setup Click on [Deployment Tool Setup] Select [Run] it will start downloading files. The following window will be displayed, and Deployment Tool Setup will start. Click [Next] Button. Select Installation Target. [Everyone] It allows all PC users to use the system. Administrator authority is required. [Just me] It allows only log-in user to use the system. Installation is required per log-in user. Click [Next] button. When the setup is complete, the following window will be displayed. Click [Close] button, and close the window. [Deployment Tool Setup] is complete. Please restart the web browser after "deployment Tool Setup" is complete. 5

6 Note If your web browser is Google Chrome If the following screen appears when eca-driver starts up, please allow eca-driver to be open. (The following screen may vary depending on the version of Google Chrome.) [Wind ows 8.1, 10] Check [ Always open these types of links in the associated App] Click on [Open eca-driver Deployment Tool 2] [Wind ows 7] Check [ Always open these types of links in the associated app] Click on [Open URL:eCA-DRIVER Protocol] When you check the box [ Always open these types of links in the associated app] and click [Cancel] button, eca-driver will not start. Please exit Google Chrome and change the Chrome setting file (Preferences file) with notepad etc. Setting file path AppData is a hidden folder. 7 (2)Starting System When you click on each menu (For example, [Consolidation Reporting Program]), it will start downloading files. * Download will be done at the initial system start or if it is updating. Note Download time varies depending on the communication speed in the operating environment. It may take some time, but please do not interfere with the execution. After download is complete, User authentication window will open. Input customer s User ID and Password. Click [OK] button. The system will start. <<Reference>> The user login is also available from the main menu. 7

8 3.Materials (1).NET Framework Confirmation 1 For Windows 7/ Windows 8.1/ Windows 10 [Control Panel] [Programs] [Programs and Features] [Uninstall or Change a program] [Turn Windows Features on or off]. All the Windows features are displayed in the box. The listed features with the check mark are effective. For Windows7, please confirm that [[Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1] is selected. For Windows 8.1/ Windows 10, please confirm that [.NET Framework 3.5(indludes.NET 2.0 and 3.0)] is selected. If it is not selected, check the box next to it. 8

9 (2)Proxy Settings Please execute when you connect with a different setting from the web proxy setting. Click on [Proxy Settings] The proxy server settings window will be displayed. Input necessary information to connect to the server. When you use the same proxy settings as Web browser, select [Follow the settings of Internet Options]. The default setting is [Follow the settings of Internet Options]. Click [OK] Button to finish the setting. When you connect with Integrated Windows Authentication, Check the Authentic Windows Authentication. Click [OK] button to finish the setting. [Proxy settings] is complete. 9

10 4.Trouble Shooting Guide Q1.When I select eca-driver menu from the Internet Explorer, the message, TKC Code Security is not Installed is displayed. A1.[Security setting] has not been set up. Please see 2.System Settings (1) Client Configuration - 2 Security setting. Q2.When I select eca-driver menu from the Internet Explore, the message, Do you want to open or save TKCStart? A2.This message applies to the following situations, 1 or 2. 1.If you use eca-driver for the first time, the client configuration settings are required. Please See 2.System Settings - (1) Client Configuration. 2.If the client settings have already been set up, it is possible that.net Framework4.5 or.net Framework4.5.1 is not installed. Deployment Tool Setup will be needed. Please see 2.System Settings - (1) Client Configuration - 3 Deployment Tool Setup. Q3.When I select eca-driver from the Internet Explorer, there is no response. A3.Please check the Internet Options of the Internet Explorer. 1 Open Internet Options. 2 Select [Advanced] tab,uncheck Do not save encrypted pages to disk under [Security]. 3 Click [OK] button and close the Internet Options window. 10
