2 New Features and Improvements Administrator A downloadable report is now available after running the Dead Account Cleaner. Archiver Archiver Restore Controller now supports up to 100 items per page. Connector Added workaround to the 256 URL character limitations set by SharePoint so that file and folder names can be retained. Added granular control over what metadata to be loaded/synchronized from the file share resulting in shorter initial loading times and a more customized set of metadata is displayed in SharePoint. Content Manager Added list and site template mappings. Expanded DocAve filters to support replication based on Content Type ID and Name. Supports replication of content name changes only to has been added to avoid additional files. Added support for post replication plan creation permissions inheritance. Migrator Improved support for Nintex Workflow when migrating from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 with the ability to migrate History and Task List. For SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 Migration, batch plan configuration in CSV or XLS format is now supported. Patch Manager Improved notification during upgrade to avoid issues with environments with CIs. Contact AvePoint support for consultation prior to upgrading if hotfixes have been applied. Log Manager WASCE web service has been updated to Apache Tomcat v As always, DocAve fully installs, updates and manages any platform dependencies.

3 Bug Fixes Archiver Archiving rule by access time is now properly ignoring activity from service accounts or crawlers. Auditor The retrievable size for IIS log files has been increased to allow for larger data sets. Connector Thumbnails for TIF files are now properly displayed. Changing the name of a file in the file share no longer appears as a new file in SharePoint. Content Manager User Profile data are now properly moved/copied. InfoPath content can now be properly copied. Visio Web Access Web Part can now properly display Web Drawing after being copied/moved. Content Manager and SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 Migration The Title field metadata for the native Announcements list is now properly being copied to a SharePoint 2010 destination environment. Control Panel Data pruning now actively removes expired data from TSM devices. Hidden navigation items are now properly replicated. Web parts extended into multiple zones now replicate properly. Web applications with Alternate Access Mapping in place now replicate properly.

4 Known Issues General Internet Explorer browser cache must be cleared after upgrading to DocAve To do so, with your Internet Explorer window open: Press F12 on your keyboard to access the developer tools > Click Cache > Select Clear browser cache > Click Yes in the confirmation window. Renaming a source folder in a Japanese environment is causing a new folder to appear in the destination.
