If you have any difficulty accessing one of these tools, or resetting your password, please have your Plexus engineering contact enter an IT Service Ticket on your behalf, and the IT staff will be happy to assist you. 2

3 Password Change (initial logon): Start here on your first visit or if you need to change/reset your password. For subsequent visits, skip to the Logon to JIRA, Logon to Jama or Logon to Crucible sections. 1. Use your web browser to navigate to: Note: You will not be able to log on, for the first time, until you change your password. Chrome - Preferred, Firefox, or IE Select the Customer/Suppliers link at the bottom of the page. 3. Enter your address and select the CAPTCHA checkbox on the form, and then click Next. 4. You will receive an at the address you provided. Follow the instructions in the to choose your own password. 5. You should see the Password Reset Success message if completed successfully. 3

5 Tools: Logon to JIRA 1. Use your web browser to navigate to: Note: Do not log in when you arrive. Chrome - Preferred, Firefox, or IE8-IE10 2. Click the JIRA link at the bottom of the screen. OR 3. Use your web browser to navigate directly to 4. Authenticate through your browser with your Plexus-provided credentials (each browser will appear slightly differently). 5

You should now have access to JIRA and your associated projects. Please work with your Plexus Engineering project team to understand the organization and layout of your JIRA project. 6

7 Logon to Jama 1. Use your web browser to navigate to: Note: Do not log in when you arrive. Chrome - Preferred, Firefox, or IE8-IE10 2. Click the Jama link at the bottom of the screen. OR 3. Use your web browser to navigate directly to THEN: 4. Authenticate through your browser with your Plexus-provided credentials (each browser will appear slightly differently). 7

8 5. Depending on your frequency of use, you may also need to authenticate with the Jama tool itself using the same credentials. 6. The first time you log in, you will need to select a project. This selection will look unique depending on exactly which project(s) you have access to. This selection will be remembered by the tool, and you will be sent directly to that project the next time you log in. 7. Once you have selected your project, you are free to browse, view, and comment on any items you d like, or participate in reviews that the engineering project team may have initiated. Please work with your Plexus Engineering Solutions project team to understand the organization and layout of your Jama project. 8

9 Logon to Crucible 1. Use your web browser to navigate to: Note: Do not log in when you arrive. Chrome - Preferred, Firefox, or IE8-IE10 2. Click the Crucible link at the bottom of the screen. OR 3. Use your web browser to navigate directly to THEN: 4. Authenticate through your browser with your Plexus-provided credentials (each browser will appear slightly differently). 9

10 5. Depending on your frequency of use, you may also need to authenticate with the Crucible tool itself using the same credentials. 6. You should now have access to Crucible and your associated reviews. Select Reviews->Review dashboard to access a list of your reviews. 7. Please work with your Plexus Engineering project team to understand the organization and layout of your Crucible reviews. 10

11 Using SVN 1. Install a SVN or later client (TortoiseSVN is the current version at Plexus) 2. Navigate to the folder that will be your working copy. Right click the folder and select SVN Checkout 3. Enter the repo name in the URL of repository field. Choose OK 4. Authenticate using your Plexus-provided credentials and click OK 5. Please work with your Plexus Engineering project team to understand the organization of the SVN repository. 11

12 Plexus Secure File Transfer (Kiteworks) 1. Use your web browser to navigate to: 2. Log in using your address and your Plexus-provided password 3.
