2 Introduction iscored.today is an online electronic scoring system for the Archer s Diary. Scorers can go to the website (iscored.today), select the archers on their target and enter scores directly into the Archer s Diary system. The system should work on any modern smart phone or tablet with an active internet connection. The scores can also be viewed live at view.iscored.today. Setting up your event Start by creating an event in Club Manager. You will need to add your flights as well as adding archers into the flights. Then, enter a passcode into the iscored Passcode field. The passcode ensures that only your archers can access the system and add scores.

3 Finally, you will need to publish the event to the repository. Alternatively, you can use the online registration system to allow archers to register in your event. Accessing the system The system is accessed by the following address: Please note that the system only shows events and flights that are current for the day. Once the passcode is entered, the scorer can select the archers for their target allocation. This is done by tapping on one or more of the rows in the list then clicking on the Next button.

4 The next screen displays the scoresheets for all of the selected archers. To add scores, the scorer simply clicks on the Add Scores button. This brings up the scoring window which is similar to the system used in Club Manager.

6 The scoring screen displays the current archer, the current end as well as the end total and the distance total. Once all of the scores for the current archer and current end have been entered, the Save & Next button will become enabled. Click the button progresses the system to the next archer. Scores can be deleted by tapping once on the score in the score list. Once scores have been entered for the current end for all archers, the system will return to the scoresheet.

7 The scores can then be checked against the paper copy if double scoring is being used. If the scorer has made a mistake, the scores for an individual archer can be edited by clicking on the Edit link. Similarly, scores for an end can be deleted. Once all scores have been entered, the Add Scores button will become disabled. NOTE: If double scoring with electronic scoring, the paper scoresheet will take precedence in the case of a discrepancy in the scores.

8 Changing targets The scorer can at any time change the list of archers currently being scored by clicking on the Select Archers menu link. This might occur if an archer has requested to change target butts, or if an archer retires from the event. Changing flights If you have multiple flights set up on the one day, the scorer must click on the Sign Out menu link and start the process again in order to change to the next flight once scoring has been completed for the current flight.

9 Viewing scores If you would like to display the current scores, simply point your web browser to You will need to select the correct event and flight similar to how you access the scoring system, but there is no need to enter a passcode.

10 This system will check every 30 seconds for updated scores and refresh accordingly.

11 Managing archers If on the day of the event you have archers who walk in and need to be added into the event, simply visit The management system is a cut-down version of Club Manager s flight management. Please note that it only displays a list of events that occur on the current day. You will need to enter your Club Manager logon credentials Once you have logged on, you should be able to see your event in the event list. To add or remove archers from the flights, click on the Edit link.

12 Adding archers to any of the flights is done in the same manner as Club Manager. Please note that changes you make here are reflected immediately in the system.

14 Processing your event Once your event is finished and you would like to process claims etc, you will need to re-fetch the event in Club Manager. When fetching the event from the repository remember to select Overwrite my events from the available Merge Options. Alternatively, you can remove the event from your list and then fetch. Display problems The system uses CSS style sheets to try and cater for the various screen resolutions of most modern devices, and has been tested on a small number of phones and tablets. If you have a problem where you cannot access any of the buttons, or the screen appears squashed up, please send a screen shot of the logon screen from your device to info@archersdiary.com and we will try and adapt the CSS to suit your device.
