1 Welcome to your LIVE EMS Online Training! Note: In order to receive credit for each lecture and gain access to the quiz you must attend each lecture for the duration and participate at a minimum every 8-10 minutes. If you are absent or inactive for more than 10 minutes of a lecture you will not receive credit for that lecture. No exceptions. Getting started: 1. You should have received an with your login credentials. Once you have located it, follow the link and log into your training portal.

2 2. Once you have logged in, you should be directed to a screen that will look like this. To access your courses, click on the > " next to Progress. This will expand the training program that has been assigned to you (see image below) 3. To see what lecture times are available to register for, click Register. This will bring up a list of available courses you can register to take. After you click Register, a popup window will appear listing what courses are available to register (see following image)

3 Choose the course you want to register for by clicking the unregistered toggle button one time. This will register you for the course, give you a popup screen letting you know your registration was successful and send out an to you as a notification that you can add to your calendar. It will change the status to registered and you will now see the Cancel Registration button. You will need to unregister for that session if you are unable to attend. If you unregister you will be able to register for another session. (see images below) Once you selected a date/time you will see this message, as well as, receive a confirmation .

4 4. If you are unable to attend a lecture that you have registered for you are able to cancel that registration before or after the class takes place. Once cancelled you will be able to register for another offering. 5. Once you have registered for your LIVE online training, you will need to join the training at the scheduled time from either the confirmation or from the student portal by clicking on Start. This Start button will only appear at the scheduled start time, and you may need to refresh your page to see it. During the live training, you will need to attend the full training to gain access to the quiz, which will only be accessible with a code given to you at the end of the live training by the instructor or moderator. A new Start button will appear at the end of the course that you click on to enter the code and take the final quiz to compete the course. Note: Once your attendance and participation is confirmed by the instructor or moderator you will be able to access the quiz after the scheduled end time.

5 Enter the Code the Instructor gave you and click on the Next button to take the final quiz. Following the quiz you will be prompted to take a brief survey. Once the survey is completed your score and training program progress will be updated. Note: Once you complete the training program your certificate will unlock and be available to you.
