Procedure In this topic, you will learn how to Find and Reconcile Matching Records in Campus Community. 1. Scenario: A student that you are adding to Campus Solutions may already exist. You need to use the Search/Match tool to determine whether to add his/her record or update the record that already exists. 2. To sign in to Campus Solutions, go to sis.illinoisstate.edu. 10. For this example, we will use the search/match rule ISUADM_30: Last name, first name, DOB, (equals), which means, the first and last names must match exactly and the DOB must match exactly.
