How to Use My NetTeller Whether you re someone who prefers taking advantage of the latest technology or you re committed to traditional, face-to-face banking, First National Bank of Michigan is here to help you (and your business) thrive. Today, we re proud to offer you a big enhancement to your online banking. What was once NetTeller the online portal where you can transfer funds between accounts, check on deposits, make loan payments, view your monthly statements and much more has now become My NetTeller. My NetTeller gives you the same great banking experience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but makes this experience more personalized and convenient for you. 9/16

Introducing My NetTeller My NetTeller allows you to build your own, personalized online banking homepage. It is not a replacement for your existing online banking pages, but rather, serves as a dashboard for your First National Bank of Michigan accounts. With My NetTeller, you can organize and display the functions you use most on a single screen. The choice really is all yours! Start Customizing Login to NetTeller. When you re logged in, you will see a tab called My NetTeller in the upper left-hand corner. Click on the tab to begin designing your banking homepage. (Note: The top tool bar will remain the same, still allowing you to manage bill payment, electronic transfers, interest rates and additional options.) How to Set Up My NetTeller Setting up My NetTeller is as easy as drag and drop. Here s a quick guide to help you get set up: Before You Begin Before you begin, please note the Did You Know section on the right-hand side of your screen. This FAQ section will help you better understand how to use NetTeller. It will also define the primary functions of the new My NetTeller icons. Set As Start Page. In the upper left-hand corner you will find an option called Set As Start Page. When you click this box, you will make the My NetTeller page your homepage each time you login for online banking. Each section is referred to as widget (special on-screen tool). Many of these widgets can be personalized to suit your own preferences. Configure This Page. Click on Configure This Page (left-hand side of your screen) to begin customizing your homepage. When you click on Configure This Page, it will bring up a light box that will enable you to turn on and off widgets for three columns on your page. 2

Configure Your Columns The light box will open on the same page and may be closed at any time. Here s what it looks like: Setup Your Widgets To add and remove widgets, simply click on the plus sign (add) or drag it to the Items Selected Column, and/or click on the minus sign (remove) or drag it back to the right-hand column of the light box. Next to Select Column to Configure is a drop-down menu with three choices: left column, center column and right column. Change each column as needed. Each column has a different set of widgets available for your personalization (see below): Left Column Center Column Right Column Alerts My Accounts Did You Know Make Payments Recent Payments Product Promo GoTo Recent Statements Transfer Electronic Documents Messages Scheduled Transfers Download Recent Transfers Account Balances Recent Transactions If you choose to add all the widgets at once to your homepage, simply select Add All. If you want to delete all the widgets, select Remove All. You can also choose the order in which the widgets appear on the page by dragging and dropping the options up or down within the list. Once you ve made your changes, select Save and your homepage will update to your preferences. 3

Using Your Widgets Selecting the ARROW icon (top right) will take you to a page specific to the widget that expands on the information displayed. My NetTeller Widgets Alerts Widget Instead of having to check if you have any outstanding alerts, you can now personalize this feature to appear when logging into your homepage. This widget will also give you the ability to add and edit event alerts, balance alerts, item alerts, and personal alerts. Selecting the X icon will close the specific widget. You will be prompted to make sure you want to remove the widget from view. If you ever want to view the widget again on this page, select the Configure This Page link (top of screen) and add the widget back. When you select an alert notification directly, a light box showing the message will open on the same page and may be closed at any time. Here s what it looks like: Selecting the GEAR icon will allow you to customize a widget. For example, if you d like to only view specific accounts or have your accounts appear in a certain order, this icon will enable you to make these adjustments. Selecting the arrow icon will direct you to the main alerts page you may already be accustomed to using (shown below). You will now have the ability to customize these alerts to a specific dollar amount, as well as set the time and date (alerting you whenever you choose). You also have the option to have an email notify you for any particular alert. 4

Make Payments Widget The Make Payments Widget is a new, quick and easy way to make payments for your online bills. If you opt for the quick payment option (where you type in the amount you d like to pay in the small box), you can simply select the Quick Payment button and submit without having to view and input data into additional screens. GoTo Widget When you select an item from the GoTo menu listing, you will be directed to the related page you may already be accustomed to using. Selecting the arrow icon will direct you to the additional page you may already be accustomed to using (shown below). This page will also allow you to edit your online bill pay as changes occur. Like some other widgets, the GoTo Widget has a gear icon. Selecting this icon will open a light box on the same page (shown below) where you can add and remove items depending on your preferences. You may also decide the order in which you d like them to appear on your screen. This way, you can set and directly go to the pages you work with most often. For example, if your main purpose for your online banking is for transferring funds, you can now customize that by having New Transfers at the top of your GoTo widget for easy access to transfers. Once you ve made your changes, select Save and your GoTo Widget will update to your preferences. 5

Transfer Widget There is now an additional option for quick and easy transfers. Simply type in the amount you d like to transfer, choose the From and To accounts from drop down menus, and select the Transfer button. This allows you to make a transfer without having to view and input data on additional screens. Messages Widget Much like the Alerts Widget, when you select a new message notification directly, a light box showing the message will open on the same page. The light box may be closed at any time. Selecting the arrow icon on the Messages Widget will direct you to the main message inbox page you may already be accustomed to using (shown below). For a more detailed transfer option, selecting the arrow icon will direct you to the page you may already be accustomed to using (shown below). Send a message to our customer service representatives to answer any of your questions by selecting the Send Message button from the Messages Widget. This will direct you to an additional page where you can type and send out your message (shown below). 6

Download Widget Along with downloading statements from your account, the Download Widget will also allow you to select the format you d prefer (e.g., a word processing or spreadsheet). All you have to do is select the account, format and range, and then click the Download button. This is a great option for customers who use Quicken and QuickBooks, as both options are now available for easy download. Account Balances Widget Selecting the arrow icon will take you directly to the account balances feature many are already familiar with viewing (shown below widget). You can also select the arrow icon, which will direct you to an additional page where you can search, view and download current transactions (shown below). You can also select any of your accounts ( Demo Savings for example). A light box showing current account information (as shown below) will open on the same page. The light box may be closed at any time. 7

My Accounts Widget By selecting the arrow icon, this widget takes you to a different screen showing an overview of your accounts. Selecting Info in the View column of the widget will show you the same Current Account Information screen as previously viewed from the Account Balances Widget. You may then select an option from the pop-up Options menu per account that will immediately take you to a transactions, download, statements, transfers or account info screen. This option is ideal for analyzing the full picture of your debits, credits and current balance. Recent Payments Widget The arrow icon will direct you to Bill Payment Select Payment History Options, where you can view the payment center, scheduled payments and history. Selecting the account name ( Demo Checking for example) will take you directly to the current transactions page you may already be familiar with viewing (shown below). On the right side of this page you may customize the range of transactions you wish to view by selecting from the options Since Last Statement, 7 Days, 15 Days, 30 Days and All. 8

Recent Statements Widget The arrow icon will direct you to a View Statement section. Here you can view your statements by date. Electronic Documents The arrow icon will direct you to the estatements/ Notices page you may already be accustomed to using, where you can view and download your statements by date. In the View Statement section, use the Select Option pop-up menu on the right side to view the statement as a PDF, text or HTML. On the estatements/notices page, the pop-up menu on the left side of the screen allows you to select the account for which you would like to view statements or notices. Clicking on View on the right side of this page will initiate an immediate PDF download of the statement. Selecting View in the widget will open the statement in a light box on the same page. You may scroll through the statement on screen or select to print it using the Print button in the bottom right corner. Selecting View in the widget will open the electronic document in a light box will on the same page. Here you may scroll through the statement on screen. The light box may be closed at any time. 9

Scheduled Transfers Widget The arrow icon will direct you to pending transfers (as shown below the widget). Recent Transactions Widget Selecting the arrow will direct you to the Current Transactions screen (as shown below). Here you can view transactions and balances from your accounts. On the right side of the screen, you have the ability to choose a range of dates for viewing your transactions, and in the bottom right corner you ll find a button to print your transactions. Recent Transfers Widget By selecting the arrow icon, this widget takes you to a different screen showing you transfer history. On the right side of the screen, you may choose a range of dates while viewing your transfers. Selecting View in the widget will open recent transfer details in a light box on the same page.
