Account Info Reactivating a User's Profile Only the last six (6) or ten (10) digits of the account number will display along with the account name. The number of digits that display in the account number is determined by your company at program setup. 1. From the CitiManager Home page, click the My Card Account tab. The sub-tabs below My Card Account display with Account Summary as the default Tab. The Account Summary screen displays. Note: Account Summary screen displays an overview of the selected account. This summary includes the Total Credit Limit, Available Credit Limit and Current Balance. A summary of unbilled transactions displays on the Account Summary screen as well. 2. To select a different available account to view, select the account from the Select a Card drop list located above the sub-tabs. The Account Summary screen displays for the selected account. View Unbilled Transactions Unbilled transactions report any account activity since your last statement 1. From the CitiManager Home page, click the My Card Account tab. The sub-tabs below My Card Account display with Account Summary as the default Tab. 2. Click the Unbilled Transactions sub-tab. The Unbilled Transactions screen displays. Note: Unbilled Transactions screen displays a list of transactions that have posted to the account since the account last billed. 3. To print the transactions, click the Print icon on the page. The Print page displays. 4. Click the Print link. Your printer options pop-up displays. 5. To download the transactions, click the Download icon on the page. 6. Select the desired download option, and then click the Download link. The download options of CSV and Excel display. The file download process begins. 2

Setup E-mail Alerts CitiManager can notify you via e-mail when certain events take place. This module will walk you through how to set these alerts. 1. From the CitiManager Home screen, click the My Profile link. 2. Locate the link at the bottom of the page labeled Alerts. Click on the Alerts link. 3. Place a check mark next to the desired alerts. Note: The check option will not be active on alerts not available to you. The My Profile page displays. The list of available alerts displays. The desired alerts are checked. You have the option to add multiple e-mail addresses where alerts can be sent. Click in the Manage Email Address link. You can update up to five (5) e-mail addresses. Click Save. 4. To set the alerts you have checked, click in the Save link. The Alerts have been set confirmation screen displays. Note: You will begin receiving e-mail alerts once there is an event that triggers one of your selected alerts. 3

Apply for New Card Invitation Passcode Before you can apply for a new card an Invitation Passcode and Inviter s Email address are required. Both can be obtained from your Program Administrator. 1. Click the Apply for Card link from the CitiManager Login Page at https://home.cards.citidirect.com 2. Select the radio button next to the Invitation Passcode option. The User Registration page displays for applicants. The desired application option is selected. 3. Click the Continue link. The User Registration Invitation Passcode/ Inviter s Email displays. 4. Enter the desired information into the Invitation Passcode field. In this example enter, a valid value, e.g., citibank1234. 5. Enter the desired information into the Inviter s Email Address field. In this example enter, a valid value, e.g., noemail@nomail.com. The provided passcode displays in the Invitation Passcode field. The provided e-mail address displays in the Inviter s Email Address field. 6. Click on the Continue link. The User Registration page displays. 7. Complete the required field for creating a UserName and Passcode. Your Username and Passcode must meet the required criteria that is listed on the page. Your Username, Passcode and validation information displays in the appropriate fields. (Note: This Username and Passcode will allow you to securely track the status of your online application.) 8. Click on the Continue link. The Username and Password confirmation pop-up displays. 9. Click OK. The Select Application section displays. 10. Select the application by clicking on the Continue link. The Apply for Card screen displays. 11. Complete the required fields on the application. (Note: If you are unable to complete the required fields, you can also save the application as draft and return to it later. Once you completed the form, click on the submit button.) The desired information displays in the appropriate fields. 12. Click Submit. The confirmation screen displays indicating that the application has been forwarded to your next approval level. 4

Apply for New Card CitiDirect System Client Code Before you can apply for a new card, a CitiDirect System Client Code, your e-mail address and an Application Passcode are required. You can obtain the CitiDirect System Client Code and Application Passcode directly from your Program Administrator. 1. Click the Apply for Card link from the CitiManager Login Page at https://home.cards.citidirect.com 2. Select the radio button next to the CitiDirect System Client Code option. The User Registration page displays for applicants. The desired application option is selected. 3. Click the Continue link. The CitiDirect System Client Code pop-up window displays. 4. Enter the desired information into the CitiDirect System Client Code field. In this example enter, a valid value, e.g., client1234. The provided passcode displays in the CitiDirect System Client Code field. 5. Click on the Continue button. The Email/Passcode page displays. 6. Type your e-mail address and provided application passcode into the appropriate fields. Your e-mail address and application passcode displays in the appropriate fields. 7. Click on the Continue button. The CitiDirect Online Application Screen displays. 8. Click the Online Application tab. The options of Card Application and Status display. 9. Click the Card Application option. The Card Application screen displays. 10. Complete the required fields on the application. (Note: If you are unable to complete the required fields, you can also save the application as draft and return to it later. Once you completed the form, click on the submit button.) The desired information displays in the appropriate fields. 11. Click Submit. The confirmation screen displays indicating that the application has been forwarded to your next approval level. 5

View Cardholder Statement There are two ways to access statements from the CitiManager Home screen by clicking on View Statement from the Overview of Card Accounts section, or by accessing statements by clicking the Statement Tab at the top of the page. A cardholder can view up to the past 13 months of statements in CitiManager. 1. Click the View Statement button from the Overview of Card Accounts section, click the Statement tab at the top of the page. The Statement home screen displays with a view of the most recent statement. Note: The Statement home screen displays the statement start and end dates, the previous balance, the balance due, payments received, new transactions and the payment due date. The list of transactions that posted during this statement period displays at the bottom of the Statement home screen. 2. To view previous statements, click the Statement list and select the desired statement date. 3. To print the transactions, click the Print icon on the page. The desired statement displays. The Print page displays. 4. Click the Print link. Your printer options pop-up displays. 5. To download the transactions, click the Download icon on the page. 6. Select the desired download option, and then click the Download link. The download options of CSV, Excel and PDF display. The file download process begins. 6

Change Password Passwords expire by default every 60 days. Thirty (30) days prior to password expiration, you will receive a pop-up notice providing you with the opportunity to change your password prior to the expiration date. 1. From the CitiManager Home page, click the My Profile link. 2. At the bottom of the page, click the Change Password link. 3. Type your current password in the Current password field. The My Profile page displays. The Change Password screen displays. Your current password displays as dots the Current password field. 4. Type your new password in the New password field. Your new password displays as dots in the New password field. Note: A password guide will appear as a red X next to each password criterion. As you type your new password, a green checkmark will display next to each criterion as it is met. 6. Confirm your new password by re-typing your new password in the Confirm password field. Your new password displays as dots in the Confirm password field. 7. Click in the Save link. A confirmation screen displays indicating to use new password upon next login. 7

Payments Add a Payment Account CitiManager allows you to make a payment to your card account from checking and savings accounts. You will need your bank routing number, checking account number and/or saving account number to setup payment accounts in CitiManager. 1. From the CitiManager Home screen, click on the Payment tab. The Make Payments screen displays. Note: Before you can make a payment online you must add your Banking information to the Add a new pay from account fields at the right. 2. From Add a new pay from account section, click the Account Type dropdown list. Select your desired account type. The following options display: Checking account Savings account 3. Enter the bank routing code and account number in the Bank routing code and Pay from account fields. The routing number and account number displays in the appropriate fields. 4. Click the Add link. The account is added as a Pay From account. Make Payments 1. From the Make Payment screen, click the radio button next to your desired Pay From account. 2. Select or enter the amount to pay in the Please select a payment account section. The desired Pay From account is selected. The desires amount to pay is selected or entered in the Please select a payment account section. 3. Click the Pay link. The payment confirmation screen displays. 8

CitiManager Self Registration for Cardholders It is recommended that cardholders wait for their first statement before registering their account in CitiManager. They cardholder must enter the account billing address exactly as it appears on their statement as part of the registration criteria. 1. Type the following address in your web browser address bar: https://:home.cards.citidirect.com The CitiManager Login screen displays. 2. Click the Self-registration for Cardholders link. The Self-registration for Cardholders screen displays. 3. Enter the required information exactly as it appears on your statement. All of the required fields are populated. 4. Click the Continue link. The Create Username and Password screen displays. Note: A username password guide will appear a red X next to each criterion. As you type your new username or password, a green checkmark will display next to each criteria as it is met. 5. Type in your desired username in the User name field. The username displays in the User name field. 6. Type your desired password in the Password field. Your password displays as dots the Password field. 7. Confirm your new password by re-typing your new password in the Confirm password field. Your new password displays as dots in the Confirm password field. 8. Click in the Save link. A confirmation screen displays indicating to use new password upon next login. 9. Click OK. The CitiManager Login screen displays. 10. Type your newly created username and password in the appropriate fields. Click the Login button. 11. Select and answer the three (3) desired Challenge questions. The Challenge Question screen displays. The three (3) desired questions and answers display. One of these questions will be selected at random to validate future logins. 12. Click Save. The CitiManager Home screen displays. 9
