Transportation: 1. Supplier is required under the Contract to transport the Goods to a specified place of destination within India, defined as the Project Site, transport to such place of destination in India, including insurance and storage, as shall be specified in the Contract, shall be arranged by the Supplier, and the related costs shall be included in the Contract Price. Warranty: 2. Vendor has to make Payment and arrange Octroi, Waybill etc. applicable for transportation and delivery of these equipments. 1. The successful Bidder will provide 3 year warranty for all the equipments supplied. Consortium: If the Bidder is not a manufacturer he should provide documentary evidence (e.g. Manufacturers Authorization Form) for having tied up with all the participating agencies. Tax and Duty Exemption: The Institute may provide necessary certificates for tax/duty exemption as applicable. Bid Currencies: Payment: Bids are to be quoted in Indian Rupees only. Payment shall be made in Indian Rupees for delivering, installing and commissioning the Solution. Payment will be done 100% against delivery and successful installation. Cancellation of Tender: 1. The Institute may cancel the tender processing at any point of time prior to the issuance of purchase order without assigning any reason whatsoever for unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. 2. The Institute may also cancel the tender processing for want of any participating Bidder or if all the participating Bidders fail to qualify eligibility in terms with technical or other reasons.
Installation Guidelines: All the Desktop & Software(Microsoft Office Pro Plus2010 & Antivirus )should be configured and installed by the selected vendor. Technical & commercial bids should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes mentioning the contents on it. Any Technical Bid not containing the above specifications may be rejected. The Technical Bid should not contain any price information, such proposal will be rejected.
