1 TERMS & CONDTONS 1. Delivery at NML Stores, Jamshedpur in Full Quantity as per delivery schedulec';'11 the Purchase Order. 2. Payments against nvoice within 30 days after satisfactory delivery at NML Stores, inspection and satisfactory acceptance by the ndentor. Following information should be reflected in your nvoice(s) for making payments through e-mode : i) 11 Digit core Banking Account Number. ii) Type of Account (Saving Current). iii) Name of Account Holder. iv) Name of Bank & Branch. v) FSC Code No. vi) MCR No. 3. Quotation must include details with percentage break ups if any (a) Packing and Forwarding charges, b) Freight, c) Transit nsurance. Offers without these details will be rejected as incomplete. 4. NML is exempted from Central Excise Duty vide G.O.. notification No.1 0/97 dated 01/03/1997 & the Excise Duty Exemption Certificate will be issued with the Purchase Order. 5. ALL BDS SHALL BE SUBMTTED in sealed cover mentioning Enquiry Number and due date on the cover. 6. NSPECTON & TESTNG: All nspection & Tests will be conducted by NML's Scientists in the present of representative at National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur, ndia. 7. SUPPLY: Supply means "Supply, nstallation, Commissioning and satisfactory demonstration and acceptance of the whole system." Charges separate, if any, shall be mentioned clearly with break-ups. 8. WARRANTY: The supplier must warrant the goods supplied for.3,~ months from the date of installation. 9. VALDTY: Quotation must be valid upto six mon~hs from the date of quotation. 10. Notwithstanding the above, Director, National Metallurgical Laboratory, reserves the right to acceptl reject fully or partially any Bid received against this Tender without assigning any reason. 11.Customs Duty Exemption: The National Metallurgical Laboratory is a Research Organization under the Council of Scientific & ndustrial Research, Govt. of ndia(department of Science & Technology) and we are eligible for ~oncessional rate of Customs Duty vide Custom Notification No. 51/96 dated 23rd July 1996 amended from time of time. Presently we are paying 5% Customs Duty. 12.CST/VAT-the rate of Sales TaxNAT should be clearly indicated wherever chargeable.this office is not eligible to issue C or D forms. 13.
