(PC User) Setting up access to your SaaS environment To begin using your SaaS environment/application, you must first download and install the Citrix and ScrewDrivers clients for Windows (PC). 1. Via your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer 6 or higher) go to your Customer Launch Page (CLP) (http://yourcompanyname.flexibake-on-the-cloud.com). 2. If this is your first time logging into your SaaS environment, click on SETUP. This will install the Citrix Web Client and the ScrewDrivers clients to your desktop. Note: Each computer or laptop you would like to use to access your hosted desktop must have the Citrix Web Client loaded, so these steps must be performed on each computer. Note: If you are currently using Internet Explorer (IE9) and have SmartScreen filters turned ON, follow steps 3-5. If you are not using IE9 with SmartScreen filters turned ON, continue on to step 6. If you are currently using IE9 and have SmartScreen filters turned ON, you will see the following message: 3. Click Run. The file will download and a security scan will be performed. 4. A security prompt will appear once the security scan is completed (as shown above). Click Actions. A dialog box will appear with options to choose from. 5. Click More Options and select Run Anyway. (MAC User) Setting up access to your SaaS environment To begin using your SaaS environment/application, you must first download the Citrix and Screwdrivers clients for Mac OSX. The Citrix client must be installed before the Screwdrivers client can be installed. 1. Via your Internet Browser (Safari) go to your Customer Launch Page (http://yourcompanyname.flexibake-on-the-cloud.com) 2. 3. While the client is downloading to your machine, the above dialog box will appear with the download status. Once complete, double-click on the completed download to begin the install. 4. 9. Enter your local password and click OK. 10. Click Close. You have successfully installed the Citrix ICA client. 11. Return to the Customer Launch Page (CLP) via your Internet browser. You will now download and install the Screwdrivers client. Ver 09.26.2013 Copyright Wizmo Inc. 2013 Page 10

13. While the client is downloading to your machine, the above dialog box will appear with the download status. Once complete, double-click on the completed download. 14. The above icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on the ScrewDrivers v4 Client Install icon. 15. The above window will appear. Deleting MacICA_OSX.dmg from the desktop 1. To remove both the MacICA_OSX.dmg icon and the Citrix ICA Client icon from the desktop upon completion, you first need to hold down the Control key while clicking on the Citrix ICA Client icon and choose Eject Citrix ICA Client, or simply drag the icon to the TRASH. 2. You will then be able to drag the MacICA_OSX.dmg icon to the TRASH. Ver 09.26.2013 Copyright Wizmo Inc. 2013 Page 17
Disabling Read Access Message (optional) Upon your first login, the following dialog box will appear. (NOTE: The following is an optional process. If you want to prevent this popup from appearing at every log in, perform the following steps to disable this on your machine. If you prefer to leave the desktop configuration as is, you simply will need to click Allow at every login.) 1. Select Allow. 2. Click on the desktop to activate the appropriate toolbar. Select Go.
