2 QUICK STATS NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS: APPOINTMENT LEDGER This enhancement allows the user to see appointment statistics for either the entire day or an individual time slot, including: The booked/shown/open/missed count The number of waiters, renters, loaners, shuttles etc, and The number of repeat repairs and special order parts appointments From the Appoint Ledger (AL) page, the user can click on the new Quick Stat icon for either the day or for a particular time segment: 1 2 1. The Quick Stat Day icon shows the total stats for appointments booked for the displayed day 2. The Time Segment Quick Stat icon shows totals just for the selected time slot.
3 When the Quick Stat Day icon at the top of the AL Day View is clicked, a window appears with the day s information: 1 2 3 1. Shows the number of Total Booked, Shown, Open, and Missed appointments for the day 2. Shows the total for each of the dealer s available transportation options. This is useful, for example, if a dealer wants to cut off appointments for customers designated as waiters at a certain number for the day. The user can click on the Quick Stats and see how many have been booked so far. 3. Shows the number of appointments flagged as Repeat Repair and Special Order Parts When the Quick Stats Time icon for a specific time segment is clicked, the same information as above will be displayed, but just for the time segment. 1 2 3
4 PRINT BUTTON ON THE LIST VIEW This new feature on the Appointment Ledger will allow the dealer to print a hard copy of the day s appointments. Either all appointments can be included or just those for a particular advisor. From the List View page: 1 1. The Print button allows the dealer to print the selected day s appointments. A report is created including the appointment time, customer name, phone number, appointment status, advisor, vehicle, number of hours booked, and transportation choices for each appointment.
5 In addition, the dealer can use filters to select appointments for a particular Advisor(s). 1 3 2 1. Click to open filters. 2. The user can select the Advisor(s) to include in the report. 3. The Print button will generate the appointment report shown below
6 CONCERNS TAB MOVED To match the flow of the Advisor Dashboard, the Concerns tab on the New Appointment menu was relocated to be in front of the Services tab.
7 NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS: ONLINE SERVICE SCHEDULER DISABLE/ENABLE LINE PRICING The dealer can now contact the Help Desk at 855-wiADVISOR (855-942-3847) / support@wiadvisor.com and ask them to configure the following options on the Online Service Scheduler (OSS): Show or not show line pricing for the Factory Required Services (FRS) Show or not show line pricing for Dealer Recommended Services (DRS) Show or not show line pricing for Concerns SHOW FACTORY REQUIRED, DEALER RECOMMENDED AND CONCERN PRICING 1. The settings in the figure on the right have the Factory Required and the Concerns Line Pricing turned off. Just let the Help Desk know the desired display for your dealership.
