1 Plastic Card 1.1 First time Login / New User 1. To login to MyChoice Cardholder website, visit https://www.cardholderonline.com/ 2. Select Register / Activate button as shown below 3. You will be navigated to a Register /Activate page 4. Provide your Card Number, Card CVV (from the back of your card) and your Date of Birth and click Continue 5. Once the card details are validated, set up login page appears. Provide your email and set your login password and agree to the Cardholder Agreement

6. Activate Card message appears and press OK to activate. 7. Your card is activated 8. You may subsequently login as an existing user, using your email id and the password as created in step 5.

1.2 Existing User 1. If you are an existing user visit https://www.cardholderonline.com/ 2. Provide your email address and password, and continue to login 3. On valid input, you would be navigated to the transaction history page of your account 4. Account Balance is displayed on the left side below the menu bar and Card information is displayed on the right panel 5. Notifications appear next to User Balance and clicking the notifications gives a expanded view.

6. Cardholder can get following information from the right panel: 6.1. Card Number 6.2. Status 6.3. Expiry Date

2 Virtual Card 2.1 First Time Login / New User 1. On creation of a virtual card, you will receive an email regarding virtual card creation from support@mychoicecorporate.com 2. Click on the activation link provided in the email to access your account 3. You will be navigated to a Register page asking you to validate the details

4. Provide the Date of Birth and Zip Code and click Continue 5. Set your login details by providing email-id, Password and agree to the Cardholder Agreement 6. Activate Card message appears and press OK to activate. 7. Your virtual account is activated and ready for use. 8. You may subsequently login to your account, as an existing user, using your email id and password

2.2 Existing User 1. If you are an existing user visit https://www.cardholderonline.com/ 2. Provide your email address and password, and continue to login 3. On valid input, you would be navigated to the transaction history page of your account 4. 3 My Account 3.1 View Transaction History 1. To view Transaction History go to your MyChoice account 2. Navigate to My Account >> Transaction History 3. The page will display last 5 transactions 4. Transactions may be expanded to get additional details about the transaction. Expanded transaction gives following details 4.1 Transaction Amount 4.2 Inserted on 4.3 Comment 4.4 Transaction ID

5. You may filter transactions based on date and view your old transactions 5.1 All Transactions 5.2 Last 90 days Transactions 5.3 Transaction by Date range 6. You may alternatively filter transactions based on a particular transaction type from 6.1. Credits 6.2. Debits 6.3. Fees 6.4. Adjustments 7. You may also download the (filtered) transactions as an excel file 8. You may also view Pending Transactions (Transactions authorized on your card account but not yet settled with the merchant) by selecting Pending Charges

3.2 Spending Chart 1. Go to My Account >> Spending Chart 2. Select the date range to display the Spending chart 3. The spending chart will only consider ATM & Purchase transactions and not Money Transfers.

3.3 Account Statements 1. Go to My Account >> Account Statements 2. Select a month to view the monthly account statement 3. Account statement can only be downloaded for previous calendar months.

3.4 Suspend / Unsuspend Card 1. You may temporarily suspend your card from use in case you are unsure if your card is lost or stolen. You will not be able to use the card at any store or ATM while it is suspended. 2. If you are able to locate your card you may un-suspend the card so it may be used for purchases and cash withdrawal. 3. To suspend / un-suspend your card, login to your account and navigate to My Account >> Suspend Card/ Unsuspend Card 4. Use the Suspend or Unsuspend to perform the action. 5. At any point, you may write to us at support@mychoicecorporate.com or call +44(0)1133200312 to report your card lost and issue a new card.

4 Transfers Transfers feature is useful to instantly transfer and receive funds from other MyChoice Cardholders. Transfers feature is not available only for Physical Card Account and not for Virtual Card Account 4.1 Send Money 4.1.1 Another Card User 1. To send money to a new user, login to your account and navigate to Transfers 2. Click on Another Card User 3. Provide the email id of another MyChoice Corporate cardholder whom you want to send money 4. The cardholder will receive an invitation to accept your request 5. On acceptance of your request, you may send or receive money from the other MyChoice Corporate cardholder

4.1.2 Manage Favorites 1. To manage your favorite MyChoice card user, login into your account 2. Navigate to Transfers >> Manage Favorites. This displays the favorites list 3. User can also add favorites by clicking the ADD button. 4. Specify the name and email and add it to your favorites 5. You can also block and view the blocked users using Blocked list

4.2 Request Money 4.2.1 Another Card User 1. To request money from another MyChoice card user, login to your account 2. Navigate to Transfers >> Request Money section >> Another Card User 3. Provide the email id of the other user. 4. The other user will receive invitation for Request Money 4.2.2 Request Money from Business Partner 1. To request money from the Business Partner, login to your account 2. Navigate to Transfers >> Request Money >> Business Partner Name 3. Add the required money and comments and press Continue

4.2.2 Pending Requests 1. To view pending requests sent to you by other cardholders, login to your account and navigate to Transfers 2. Click on Pending Requests in Request Money 3. You will be able to see all the fund requests sent to you, and pending your action 4. You may choose to Accept or Decline the request 5. If you Accept you will be navigated to a fund transfer page; where you may complete the transfer 4.2.3 Request History 1. To view the request history, login to your account 2. Navigate to Transfers >> Request Money section >> Request History

5 Add Money 5.1 From Bank Account Cardholders can choose from Fast bank Transfer and Real Time bank to Transfer funds from their bank account to their MyChoice Card account Easy Bank Transfer Instant Bank Transfer Process Transfer funds to WaveCrest local Bank Account through online Banking channel Time Taken 1-2 working days Same Day Authorize Transfer from your Bank Account to WaveCrest Merchant Account 5.1.1 Envoy Fast Bank Transfer 1. Visit https://www.cardholderonline.com/ and login to your account 2. Navigate to Add Money >> From Bank Account 3. Select Envoy Fast Bank Transfer 4. Select your country from the country drop-down 5. The page loads with the instruction towards Fast Bank Transfer 6. Select a Bank from the Available Banks list 7. Follow the instruction to make deposit into our partner Bank Account. 8. Make sure to provide the unique Payment Reference generated on the instruction page as the payment reference, details of payment or reason for transfer, as may be applicable, during the transfer process. This is required for a seamless credit of your prefunding account.

5.1.2 Envoy Real Time Bank Transfer 1. Visit https://www.cardholderonline.com/ and login to your account 2. Navigate to Add Money >> From Bank Account 3. Select Envoy Real Time Bank Transfer 4. Select your Country and the Banking Method (Service) as per the screenshot below 5. Fee, if applicable, would be indicated for the transfer. Click on continue to proceed 6. Choose the amount that you would like to transfer to the card account and proceed 7. You would be navigated to your Bank network page 8. Provide your Account ID and Account password to complete your transaction

6 Profile 6.1 Manage Profile 1. Login to your account and navigate to Profile >> Manage Profile 2. This page displays the user details and user can edit the details using EDIT button.

6.2 Notification Preferences 1. Login to your account and navigate to Profile >> Notification Preferences 2. User can subscribe or unsubscribe from email notification and text alerts.

6.3 Change Password 1. Login to your account and navigate to Profile >> Change Password 2. Follow the instruction to change Password 3. When successful, you will have to use your new password for next and subsequent logins
