Typically, the convention attracts nearly 300 bank CEOs and directors from around the state of Louisiana. Take advantage of our Exhibit Hall Opportunities be where your customers are. The Louisiana Bankers Association staff will work closely with you to ensure that you maximize the value of these opportunities. All exhibits must be ready for show by 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 12. No exhibits may be dismantled before 1:00pm on Thursday, May 14.

Exhibit Hall Information and Fees Booth Price: $1,600.00 / Members $1,900.00 /Non Members Booth Price Includes: 2 complimentary registrations, a $1,198.00 value 8 X 10 exhibit space One 6 X 30 skirted table Two side chairs One wastebasket Back and side drape Company identification sign Security for the exhibit hall Booth Assignment Booth assignments will be made in order of receipt of the request form and deposit. Be sure to return this form promptly to assure the best location for your exhibit. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per booth must accompany this request for exhibit space. The balance must be paid by April 1, 2010. Breakdown fee All exhibits must be ready for show by 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 12. No exhibits may be dismantled before 1:00pm on Thursday, May 13. If there is any disruption to the exhibit hall due to late setup or early teardown, a $250.00 fee will be applied. Cancellation Policy Written cancellations will be accepted up to April 1, 2010 with a refund, less the non-refundable $500.00 deposit per booth. Cancellations after April 1, 2010 will not receive a refund. Your 2010 Booth Registration Fee includes TWO full complimentary convention registrations, $1198 value. Additional full registrations may be purchased.
