Reseting Commercial Bank Portal Password 1. Introduction Commercial Bank Portal is an Internet banking portal designed to fulfil your banking needs with a secure and easy-to-use platform. Commercial Bank Portal offers intuitive web-based access to account information, the ability to make domestic and foreign currency payments, and online service and support. This manual serves as a guide on how to login to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Commercial Bank Portal. It provides a step-by-step instruction on how to login using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and other functionalities relating to MFA Login. 2. Updating Email and Mailing Address Follow the following steps to update email and mailing address on Commercial Bank Portal. 1. Login via https://www.asia.citibank.com using your Normal Login user ID and password 2. Select My Profile 3. In My Profile, update your mailing address and email address in the blanks provided and click Submit.
4. Once submitted, you will be prompt with the challenge and the response. Enter the response shown in the SafeWord Card and click Submit to update your profile *Note: During this migration phase, you may receive an email notification to inform you that your mobile number and/ or email have been updated. This automated email may be sent to you, as the mandatory fields are empty and the system is required to fill up any mandatory blank fields to allow the migration process to continue. 3. Activating Your Multi-Factor Authentication Login For a smooth migration transition, please ensure that the follow have been completed: 1. SafeWord Card and PIN will be mailed to the mailing address you maintained under User Profile in Commercial Bank Portal. An email will notify you on delivery details of the SafeWord Card and PIN. 2. To activation your MFA Login, please confirm your receipt of SafeWord Card and PIN via email or phone, following the instructions provided in the email. 3. You will receive a confirmation email once your MFA Login is activated. Please follow the instructions below to log in to CBP at https://www.asia.citibank.com/. Your Normal Login will be disabled at the same time.* *Note: At this point of time, either Normal Login or MFA Login should allow you to access CBP. Otherwise, please contact us at tts.cbpmigration@citi.com or +65 6657 3625. 4. Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication for the First Time 1. Login via https://www.asia.citibank.com 2. Select Singapore from the drop down list and click on Submit. A new window will be opened. 3. Select your preferred language and choose MFA Login from the drop down list.
4. Login with your SafeWord Card ID which can be found at the back of the card and click Submit. 5. Follow the instructions shown to complete the challenge response and click Submit. 6. Enter your original static password that was used with Normal Login and click Submit.
