1 Aetna Contracting Process Multi-Factor Authentication Login Process First time applicants and returning applicants both should login using the Aetna specific link using Internet Explorer: AGA Package Code APGENPAG4 1
2 If the applicant does not use this link and instead goes to our site directly, they will have to select Aetna as the Company from the drop down option, rather than having it automatically selected, but it will still take them through the MFA process as detailed below. When an applicant logs in using this link, it will first prompt the applicant to provide a cell phone number and address, or if a cell phone number and address are already in our database, it will ask them to review the information, and change them if necessary. This will enable our system to send a temporary via text or an if the applicant ever needs to reset the password. After setting the cell phone number and address, the applicant will then be taken to a screen that will allow them to create security questions. Once the security questions are set, the applicant will then be taken to the list of forms that need to be completed. 2
3 The applicant will then be taken to the screen asking them to input their bank ABA number and verify it. Once the bank information is verified, the applicant will be taken to the list of forms that the applicant needs to complete. 3

5 Changing Passwords An applicant who uses an incorrect password will receive an error message, stating that the password they have supplied does not match our records, and in that message, it will provide a link that will allow the applicant to change their password. In addition to this, on the login screen itself the returning applicant section has a link next to where it asks for the password that says Change or Forgot Your Password? 5
6 Either of these options will bring the applicant first to a screen asking them to verify their SSN and last name, and after that first step of verification, it will then send them to a screen asking how they would like their temporary password delivered, with the options of text or . Once the applicant has selected their delivery method, it will then ask the applicant to authorize Applicant Insight/Nomoreforms to send a text or , and allow them to send the text or . 6
7 If the applicant selected the text option, the message will come from our toll-free 800 number, If the applicant selected the option, the message will come from 7
8 On our website, the applicant will receive a confirmation that the message has been sent. Once they receive that message, if the applicant clicks on Return to Logon, they can log in using the temporary password. They will then be taken to a screen where they can make any changes to either the cell phone number or the address, if necessary. 8

10 Then, the applicant will be brought to a screen where it will allow them to select their permanent password, and it will also ask them to answer one of their security questions that they set initially. Once the applicant has reset their password, they will be logged into the system just as mentioned on page 3. The applicant will then be taken to the screen asking them to input their bank ABA number and verify it. 10
