1. Systems requirements To operate the On-line Order Booking Software minimum system requirements are as given below : 1. Computer Hardware : (Pentium 5 Processor, 2 GHz., 160 GB HDD, 2 GB RAM, CD ROM, 1280 x 960 pixels resolution Monitor, ) Software : Operating system : Windows XP SP2 Internet Browser : Mozilla Firefox 2. 2. Getting Started Step 1. ( Open Design ) Open the Design File (.cdr ) in Corel Draw. Step 2. ( Check Design ) Check the Design File (.cdr ) as per the rules and guidelines given in the Rohan Cards product catalogue and Rate Card. Step 3. ( Save Design ) Save the Design File (.cdr ) as per the tips given. 6

3. Log-in : 3.a Enter your Log-In ID as User Name in the screen shown below. 3.b Enter your password registered with Rohan Cards as Password in the screen shown below. 3.c Click on Log-in. Log-In ID and Password is sent to you by email

Step 1 : To give Order click on this Create New Order button Your Amount Balance with Rohan Cards 13
Step 2 : A new window ( Create Order ) appears on the screen Click on this?
Step 3 : A new window ( Product Selection ) appears on the screen
Step 3 a : Click here and select correct paper type
Step 3 b : Selected all the other requirements of your order correctly.
Step 4 : 1. Rates are displayed as per delivery days 2. Select the desired delivery day 18
Step 5 : 1. Selected Delivery period and Rate is displayed here. 2. If the displayed specifications are OK then click on Confirm button.
Step 6 : 1. Product code of order selected in previous window is displayed here. 6. To Cancel the order click on x 5. To change the specs click on? 2. Qty. and Rate is displayed here 4. Click on Browse to select the design file for this order. 3. Total Amount and Tax is displayed here
Step 7 : 1. Select the Corel Draw design file for which the order is booked. 2. Click on Open after the file is selected.
Step 7a : 1. Selected Corel Draw design file name is displayed here. 3. If you want to take next order for the same delivery period, click on? 4. To cancel order, click on Reset 2. Order name as per the file name is displayed here, you can edit it, if you wish
Step 8 : 1. You can give multiple orders ina single bill for the same delivery period. 3. To cancel order, click on Reset 2. Click on correct Browse button to select the design files for order. 23
Step 9 : 1. Enter Important Text in the order design as Order Name for every Order. 2. Select required Delivery Mode 3. Amount to be paid is displayed here 4. To cancel order, click on Reset 24
Step 10 : To save order, click on Pay And Save Order Note : 1. If you already have sufficient balance with Rohan Cards your Orders will be directly saved and Bill be displayed on your screen. 2. If your balance with Rohan Cards is less than the Bill Amount Credit / Debit Card Payment option will open. After saving the order, design files are automatically uploaded to Rohan Cards server. 25
Step 11 : If your balance with Rohan Cards is less than the Bill Amount Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking Payment option will open. 1. Select your mode of Payment 2. Select Bank Name 3. Click on Proceed 26
Step 12 : If your balance with Rohan Cards is less than the Bill Amount Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking Payment option will open. 1. Enter Correct information related to your Credit / Debit Card 2. Follow instructions appearing on screen. 2. Select Bank Name 3. Make Online Payment 3. Click on Proceed 27
Step 13 : After Payment is successfully received and the design files are automatically uploaded Bill is displayed on the screen. 2. If not required, close the Bill window. 3. Press F5 key on the keyboard to refresh the screen. 1. To print the Bill click on Print
Step 14 : Click on Bill No. to view and reprint the Bill Orders booked To give Next Order click on Create New Order button
5. To Cancel an Order You can Cancel Order ONLY within 30 minutes of uploading it. 1. Select Latest Orders Tab 2. Select the Order to be Cancelled 3. Click on Cancel Order button After Cancellation, Order amount will be credited to your account 30
6. To Check Order Status Click on Dispatch Report Tab to view Order Status Orders booked If the Order is in Production In Process is displayed here. If the Order is Dispatched Delivered is displayed here. Click on Delivered to see details. 31
