C4C Compliance Portal User FAQ Logging in/getting Started- How do I receive my User Id and Password? If you have an email address you will receive an email with this information when your training is ready to start. If you do not have an email address or you have not received an email please contact your company administrator/manager. Are my User ID and Password case sensitive? Yes, both your User ID and your password ARE case sensitive and must be entered as provided. When you are prompted to change your password, you must enter a password that is a minimum of 8 characters in length, has at least one upper case letter, one non-alphanumerical character and one number. What do I do if I forgot my username/password or cannot login? Click on the Forgot your Password on the C4C Compliance Portal Log in Page and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a new password. If you do not have an email address please contact your company administrator to have the password reset. What should I do once I log in? Once you log in you will be required to change your password before you can take your course. You only have to do this on your 1 st login. How do I change my password later on? To change your password at any time click on the My Profile Settings in the Settings button on the left hand side of the screen. Then click on Change Password. Anything else on My Home page I need to know about? There may be a Welcome message that will be displayed once you log in- be sure to check it out for any important information that your manager wants you to know. Course info- How do I launch the course? There are two places you can launch your course(s) from- in the middle of your home page you will see Course Overview and on the left hand side of the home page there is the My Courses tab. Click on the Enter button and your course will launch. Be sure to have disabled your Pop up Blocker. What do I do if my course won't load? Most of the time, course loading issues have to do with your Pop-up blocker. Make sure you are selecting the option to always allow pop-ups from our site instead of temporarily. Also, you will want to make sure you don't use a Google, Yahoo, etc. search bar on your browser. If you do, those Pop-up blockers need to be disabled as well. I hear sound but am presented with a blank white screen. Typically this is caused by 1 of 2 problems. First, verify that your browser s zoom level is set to 100%. maximizing; this will refresh the screen. If you still experience issues, please contact your company s administrator. How long do I have to take the lesson? There is no time limit; you can take the course at your convenience. Your company may have a set time frame on when you need to have the course completed. Check the email you were sent or with your manager. How long does it take an employee to complete a typical program? We value your time and have built a training program that is comprehensive without consuming too much of your time. Click 4 Compliance programs (including the quiz) take approximately 45 minutes from start to finish. Can I take a course over a period of several days? If so, will the system pick up where I last left off? Yes. Click 4 Compliance s system tracks your progress as you take a training program. If you sign out, or otherwise exit the program, even though a system crash, our system allows you to resume from where you left off in your earlier visit. If you lose your Internet connection, close your browser and sign in again once your connection has been restored. The only time this is not the case is in the quiz. If you exit out of the quiz when you log in again you will start again at question #1. Can I repeat portions of the course? You must start the course from the beginning; however, you can manually advance to the section(s) of interest. I found a possible error in the course, how do I report it? Contact your company administrator and report the error. Quiz info- How long do I have to take the quiz? There is no time limit, however, once you start the quiz you must finish it in one session or you will have to re-start from the beginning If I stop the quiz while taking it, can I resume where I left off? No, you must restart. What score do I need to pass the quiz? 80%, unless your company has told you differently. How many times can I retake the quiz if necessary? There is no limit until you pass. You can view scores immediately after completing the quiz. In addition, you can view details of your quiz attempts via the Learning Management System (LMS) Grades tab located on the left side of your Home Page: Will I receive a copy of my quiz score? You can print a copy of your transcript for your records. Go to the Grades tab, and then choose which report type you want User Report or Overview Report. Why can t I print the quiz? The quiz is designed to be taken online only. Other info- What information is reported to my manager? For the lesson, the following is reported: when you started the lesson, did you finish, how many times have you looked at the lesson and when you last viewed the course. For the quiz, the following is reported: how many attempts, when you last attempted it, whether or not you passed and your score. What does it mean if my course launches a blank screen? If you get a blank screen when you launch your course, this means either you do not have Flash on your machine or it has not been updated. Go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ to download and install Flash on your machine. Why can t I move forward in the course? If you do not see the navigational buttons on the lower right of the course - You have your Zoom level on your browser set too high. Go to your Tools and decrease the zoom level to 100%.
