Quick Reference Guide Converting Your Qualtrics Account from CSUFEDU This user guide covers how existing CSUFEDU Qualtrics account users can migrate their account from the CSUFEDU brand to the Fullerton brand. This process may take up to 10 minutes to complete. This is NOT the same as your CSUF username and password. Follow the relevant steps below to find your username and set your Qualtrics password before migrating your account. Find Your Qualtrics Username Step 1: Open your browser to http://csufedu.qualtrics.com. Last Revised: 03/09/15 Page 1 of 10
Step 2: Enter your CSUF username and password. Step 3: Click on the gray button at the top right of the page that lists your name. Step 4: Select Account Settings Last Revised: 03/09/15 Page 2 of 10
Step 5: On the User Settings menu, scroll down to the Recent Logins section. Your Qualtrics username is in the User column at the far left. You ll want to write it down so you remember it during the login process! Typically the username is CWID@fullerton.edu#csufedu (i.e.800000000@fullerton.edu#csuf edu). Set a Password for Your Existing Qualtrics Account You need to set a password for your Qualtrics account in order to migrate the account. You cannot use your existing campus password for this process. Step 1: Open your browser to http://www.qualtrics.com/login. Step 2: In the Password field of the Login section, click Forgot? Step 3: Enter your Qualtrics username. The format is generally CWID@fullerton.edu#csufedu (i.e.800000000@fullerton.edu#csuf edu). Then click Submit. Refer to the Find Your Qualtrics Username section of this guide to find out your username. Or contact qualtrics@fullerton.edu. Step 4: You ll see a confirmation that the reset password email was sent to your campus email address. Last Revised: 03/09/15 Page 5 of 10
Step 5: You will receive a password reset link via email. Click on the password reset link. Step 6: Enter your new password twice to verify it. Then click Change Password. Remember this password! You ll need it to migrate your account. Last Revised: 03/09/15 Page 6 of 10
Step 7: You will be taken to the CSUF Login page. Enter your campus username and password. Then click Sign In. Step 8: You re now logged into your CSUFEDU Qualtrics account. Migrating Your Qualtrics Account to the Fullerton Brand Once you have your existing CSUFEDU Qualtrics username and password, you re ready to migrate your account to the Fullerton brand! Step 1: Open your browser to http://fullerton.qualtrics.com. Step 2: Enter your campus username and password. Then click Sign In. Last Revised: 03/09/15 Page 8 of 10
Step 3: Select I already have a Qualtrics account. Step 4: Enter your CSUFEDU Qualtrics username and password. Then click Migrate Account. Remember your username is in this format: CWID@fullerton.edu#csufedu (i.e.800000000@fullerton.edu#csuf edu). Last Revised: 03/09/15 Page 9 of 10
Step 4a: It may take several minutes for your account to migrate. You will still see the same screen as in step 4, but you should see your browser is working.
