WDC RDS Connection for Android Users Introduction The WDC Remote Desktop Service (RDS) can be connected to most personal computer devices, including Android Smartphones and tablets, even though the RD session is Windows. If you have not setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) yet, this will need to be done prior to attempting an RDS connection. Contact you Administrator for details on how to do this. Android RD Client Application Before starting, you will need to download and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop for Android application. This is available from the Google Play store or using the Play Store application on your device. Open the installed app and Accept terms. Page 1 of 8

If your device has trouble connecting using a previously downloaded RDP file, try redownloading the file again from the RDS Web login and running it again.
