The report should include at least two footnotes, at least two citations, and a Works Cited page. University Medical Center is researching colds and flu to prepare information for their patients. This report will be written by Sarah Stanger for Dr. Hillary Kim for a course in Community Outreach 523. Information reports are provided as a public service of the hospital and are distributed free of charge. The topic of the report is the prevention of colds and flu. The report should contain an introduction, and then details about how the flu virus spreads, the number of people who get colds and flu each year, and the best methods of prevention. A good place to start is www.cdc.gov/flu/about/disease/spread.htm.
