Easy to use navigation Overview of the home page The main navigation on the homepage will allow you to easily navigate the site content. 1. Home will bring you back to this page 2. In the Campaigns area, campaigns can be searched, viewed and launched 3. Assets will take you to the assets and you can browse whichever asset is suitable for your need. 4. Prospects allows lead management. 5. Manage email lists in the Emails tab. 6. Measure the ROI of your campaign through the Reports functionality. 10

What kind of assets are available? Languages All assets that are available for your country. Every country sees the English assets and whichever is available in the chosen local language. 15

Languages Example: This user sees all assets available for Germany as well as all English assets and has selected the user interface in English By clicking on the language button, the user can change the user interface s language; in this example to German/Deutsch 16

Asset Library / Campaign Library Asset Library ALL SINGLE assets that a user is entitled to see (as per partner status and language setup) Campaign Library All ACTIVE campaigns (PC and Printing & Supplies) The campaigns consist of assets. All assets that are part of campaigns, can be found also in the Asset Library. Available asset types: edms Print ads Static banners Animated banners 17
What kind of assets are available? Source files For the majority of assets, you have access to HP co-marketing source files. This will give you even greater flexibility to leverage HP assets. By clicking on Source File, you will be led to the HP Asset Hub System. You can use the assets in two ways: HP Look and Feel You take minimal changes (i. e. change of product to be advertised but within same range or update to call to action to include a specific promotional offer) No further approval needed You change ANY headline or messaging Contact your local HP Channel Marketing Representative to get HP Brand Approval prior to the start of activity this can take at least 48 hours.*) Your Company Look and Feel If you leverage these assets to create your own branded marketing deliverables No HP brand approval is needed. 18 *) Please note that if you go ahead with the activity and HP brand approval has not been given, HP reserves the right not to reimburse any MDF used against this activity.

How to co-brand your campaign Step 1: Search your asset(s) There are two ways to search for an asset: 1. On the left hand menu click on Assets > Asset Library 2. The Campaign Library tab by clicking on the blue Get Started button 26
Assets visualization, selection & downloading Step 1.1: If you have selected the Asset Library You can view the entire list of assets ready for your use from the Asset Library page: Assets Selection Select the most relevant asset and then click on the search engine tab located below each asset template. You can only view and select one asset at a time. Downloading an asset After you have selected the assets you may click on the Menu button and pick an option: Edit / View / download ZIP / download PDF 27

Let s recap Co-branding of an asset is easy. The templates show you exactly which parts are editable and thus customizable. Assets can also only be downloaded, e. g. as.pdf and.zip. HP employees, Gold and Platinum partners have access to source files (through HP Asset Hub). 36

Notice: If the login country-language setup and the asset assignment country-language setup (as defined in the metadata of the asset) do not match, the system will not allow the user to send the mailing. 2. Select again the correct language. 3. In the CTA field, go to the metadata of the asset and check whether the asset has been assigned for your chosen countrylanguage setup 38

Launch a multi-touch email campaign using the Rules engine Define rules 1. Add new rule - Rules automate follow-up emails - 2. Options - Lead status tracking e. g. is equal to > C-Lead every lead categorized as a C-Lead who opens the mail should receive a second template (can be chosen from the drop-down); also a time when the customer should receive the second template can be defined - Link clicked tracking each time someone clicks on the links included in an edm, this is tracked (the links show automatically up in the Rules window), the customer would receive e. g. a third template 42
Let s recap edm assets can be linked to a direct mailing which can be sent from CMZ Plus. Contact lists need to be uploaded to the system in order to prepare the mailing. And, certain rules can be defined and its success can be measured. 43

How to upload your e-mailing list In order to create a list of prospects that can be targeted in your future campaigns, you can upload your leads via the Marketing tab. On the Marketing Tab > Upload your List ( Get Started button) The security of all uploaded lists is guaranteed! 52
How to upload your e-mailing list Once you clicked on Marketing> Upload your List> Import from Excel. This will allow you to choose your saved spreadsheet and upload it on the portal to run a campaign. Or you can integrate your account to your CRM from Salesforce and import your list directly from your CRM system After you have clicked on Import from Excel > Click on Choose file It will then show you that your list has been uploaded successfully. Click next to proceed. 53
How to upload your e-mailing list If you don t know how to map your spread sheet, then you can download a sample spreadsheet that will indicate you the 5 mandatory fields highlighted in red. Once your List has been uploaded successfully you will see that it has been automatically mapped on the system. After your list has been mapped > click Next. It will take you the next page where you need to name your list. Example: List Name and Current Date. Once you have named your list, you ll receive a message that your list has been successfully uploaded and ready to be launched. 54

How to manage your leads View a prospect Step 1 In the Prospects area, go to View Prospects Step 2 Edit the respective prospect by Clicking the pencil button Step 3 Adapt the information as per your requirements. You can also change the status of a prospect. 60
How to configure your lead alerts You can configure your Lead Alerts from the My Account. The path is: My Account > Edit > Scroll down to Marketing Settings > Receive Lead Alerts. Once you have selected Receive Lead Alerts you will receive leads that are sent directly to your email real-time one of your customers interacts with the marketing campaign, i.e. if they click to learn more, register for an event, open an email. 61
