NOMAD Work so far Capture of system requirements via a structured user-centred methodology, including the definition and detailed study of different target user group needs (consumers & stakeholders). Production of comprehensive usage scenarios and a superset of technical features to be considered for the project s trial demonstrations. Extensive market survey, and identification of trends & opportunities for the NOMAD technology. Proposal for the business model to be adopted by NOMAD comprising of organisation alternatives, anticipated products and potential portfolio of services Initiation of the specification phase for the NOMAD components Targeted and continuous dissemination and awareness creation activities Successfully passed the 1st Project Review
User-centered requirements capturing Methodology Step 1, partners ideas in the TA, users and (interview supported) stakeholders analysis Step 4, to follow in WP2, 3 & 4 evaluate designs against user requirements understand and specify the context of use specify the user and organisational requirements Step 2, Interviews at CEBIT, Helsinski airport, review of recent studies of other projects meets requirements produce design solutions Step 3, The NOMAD vision work-shop, interviews with stakeholders to clarify aspects of business model
