In the event that an individual applying this policy is not current on graphic techniques and practices, it is always good procedure to seek the counsel of one of Trimble's marketing communications professionals, who can help in interpreting the guidelines. Purpose Ensure that the Trimble Certified Trainer logo is applied and used consistently and that the logo and its trademarks are protected as Trimble owned intellectual property. Policy The provisions of this policy govern the use of the Trimble Certified Trainer logo, in any form. No variations are permitted. Please contact Corporate Marketing Communications regarding any issues not addressed by these guidelines. Guidelines Preferred Options: The rules and guidelines established in this policy detail the management of the Trimble corporate identity. Following are the company s strongly preferred options; all personnel are expected to implement these options whenever possible: Accessing Logo The logo should appear in the official Trimble blue color whenever possible. The full logo (globe/triangle plus name Trimble) should be used whenever possible. When used in conjunction with other logos in the same piece, the graphic impact of the Trimble logo must never be subjugated to other logos, whether product or other company. Influencing factors in applying this rule include location on the page, size, surrounding materials, editorial emphasis, etc. Each Certified Trainer will be provided access to the secure trainer sections of the Certified Training site on Trimble Connected Community. Once logged in, logos can be downloaded from the CT Resources tab. http://www.trimble.com/certified Page 4
Evaluation Questionnaire Instructions Each Certified Trainer is provided a personal survey link, which will be used for students to complete an online evaluation questionnaire through the online surveying tool SurveyMonkey.com. It is a contract requirement that every student that attends a training conducted by a certified trainer must complete an evaluation. This not only meets the evaluation requirement, but will also be used to compile the trainer s class roster. Trainers will need to provide this link to their students at the end of the course. Example: It is recommended that trainers require their students to complete the evaluation before leaving the classroom, which ensures that the responses are collected. The student should then receive their certificate of completion. Trainers will also be given a separate link, which they can view a summary of their class evaluation results. On this page, trainers can filter and even export their results for further manipulation. Example: http://www.trimble.com/certified Page 5
