FAQ ANSWERS 1. What is the web address? The web address is: www.rebogateway.com 2. What browsers are supported? We support all major browsers. Internet Explorer 9+, Firefox 10.0+, Safari, Chrome and Opera. We encourage all users to use Mozilla Firefox or Chrome since they are a safer, more secure anduser friendly browsers. 3. Who can use ReboGateway? ReboGateway is available to real estate agents with an active DRE license. Agents who are not part of a Board of Realtors will have the Expired and Just Listed lead types withheld along with another MLS data the system offers. 4. How long is my account good for? Your account is based on a recurring monthly subscription (unless paid on a bi-annual or annual basis). You willbe billed each month on the same day you subscribed until you cancel your subscription by calling our support number (866)887-0206. 5. How do I change my personal information/password? To make changes to your account information or password you can use the Account button. When logged into the ReboGateway system the Account button is located at the top right corner. After that you should see the You are subscribed to the following Apps window. Close that window. If you are attempting to change your password you will see the Change Password button at the top, near the center. If you wish to change your user information like; name, address, email, and phone, you will click on profile. All Broker information must be changed manually by our support staff; you can call 866.887.0206 to have that changed. 6. How often is your data updated? All of our data is automatically updated on a regular basis depending on the category. Our lead types vary slightly, with expireds, just listed and just solds being updated daily. Notice of defaults, Notice of sales, and REOs being updated Monday thru Friday. Divorce and probate leads updated 2-3 times per week. Our base Assessor files are updated twice a month along with our History files. Our comparable properties are updated every couple of days. Tax Defaults are updated twice a year. In addition to all of those, your live farms are being monitored around the clock for any updated information on the properties that are saved. 7. How many records can be downloaded? You can receive up to 1000 results for each search you perform, but you are not limited in the number of searches you can do each day. 2.1

FAQ ANSWERS con t 8. What items are exportable? Any list of properties you generate in a search can be exported into a spreadsheet format by using the ReboMarketing button. In ReboMarketing you would select Data Export in the top left side. 9. What format are the Exports? Each user has the ability to export their results into a comma separated value (CSV), PDF, Excel (must have 03 version of excel) or XML. When you export your results only the assessor data will be exported 10. How can I see all of my results on one page? Any list of results you generate can be viewed on one page by clicking on the List button above the results. Your results will open up in another internet tab for easy viewing and printing. 11. Can I use your system to create labels? ReboGateway can place your results into a label format by clicking on the ReboMarketing button above your search results. You then will select Avery Labels at the top left. The label formats we convert to are5160 (standard address), 5167 (return address), 5164 (shipping) and 5163(shipping). You will need to have Adobe Reader on your computer in order to use the label feature. The system will use the mailing address on record when creating labels. 12. What happens if I run into a problem with the software or Have suggestions regarding future product releases? You can also email us at help@benutech.net 13. Why don t I have access to MLS Data or the Leads; Expired and Just Listed? Any MLS access is granted through your participation with your own local board. We do verify your participation before granting access to MLS comparable properties and MLS leads. At the bottom of the it will display either granted full access with your nrds # or granted non-realtor access. If it displays granted non-realtor access you must call our support line at 866.887.0206 with your nrds # (National Association of Realtor #) or a letter of good standing before full access will be provided. 14. How do I navigate the map on the front page? We use a Google interface for our map. You are able to move the map by clicking and holding down your mouse on the map and dragging it up, 2.2

FAQ ANSWERS con t down, left, right, until you locate your area. To zoom in or out you can click on the + or located on the top left of the map. 15. How do I enlarge the map on the front page? You are able to enlarge the map by clicking your mouse on the bottom right corner of the map and dragging it down or to the right to enlarge the map. 16. I saved my search results, how do I locate them again? You can locate your saved search results by choosing Live Farm in the lead type drop down box. The lead type box is located to the right of your County box. 17. How do I receive daily email notification on my farms? Once you have saved your farm, you will click on Setting, down toward the bottom under farms to watch you will select the farm you wish to receive notifications on. You can have up to 8 farms being watched at one time. *Note- The email notifications will updated you if any of the properties saved in your farm have changed status on the MLS, have NOD or NOS filed against them or if a court case has been filed. 18. I have entered in my email and password but I can t access the site? If your email address or password is incorrect the login page will refresh and enter your email address under Not a Member Yet? If you have already registered, either your email or password is incorrect. You can click on lost your password next to the log in button and enter in your email address to have a new one sent to you. You will receive a 5 digit number as a new password via an email from help@benutech.net. 19. I need some training on the system, how do I set that up? We offer free 30 minute, over the phone, one-on-one training with one of our support staff. To get a time scheduled please call our support line at 866.887.0206 20. I need to update my credit card information? To update any of your billing information you must call our support line at 866.887.0206 to have that updated. If you re-enter your information online, on the billing page, it will create another subscribe. 21. How do I sign up for Multi Counties? If you are currently subscribed to ReboGateway you will click on Account at the top left, it will take you to the billing page where you can subscribe to another county. If you are subscribing for the first time you will need to complete the billing page for each county you wish to subscribe to. 2.3

REGISTER BEFORE YOU BEGIN PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR DRE LICENSE NUMBER AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AVAILABLE. Step 1: Enter www.rebogateway.com into the address bar of your web browser. Step 2: Enter your email address into the not a member yet field and choose the option below that best describes your business. NOTE: There is no difference in data between a Listing and Selling Agent. Step 3: Once the information is entered, click on the Register button. Step 4: You will be asked to enter your DRE license number. Step 5: On this page you will need to fill in all of the required fields, including your phone number and password. Once all the data has been entered into the required fields, click on Create Account. 3.1

REGISTER con t NOTE: The system will automatically look up your NRDS # giving you access to the Expired and Just Listed lead types. If you are still missing these categories after a few hours of being signed up, contact customer support where it can be entered into the system manually. Step 6: Upon success you will be promted to log in. Keep in mind that the email address you used to sign up will be the user name you enter to login. Step 7: After clicking on Login, Enter in your email and password under member login on the login page. 3.2

REGISTER con t Step 8: Select Monthly Subscriptions under the payment section. Check the box for ReboGateway and choose the county you would like to subscribe to. Next, enter your credit card information, billing address, and a promo code if you are provided one. Check the box showing that you agree to the terms and conditions, and click submit. *Note: Each county is a separate subscription. If you wish to subscribe to multiple counties you must repeat the billing page for each county you wish to subscribe to. Step 9: A window will appear in the center of your screen showing you which apps you subscribe to. Click on ReboGatewy to enter the site. 3.3

SPECIFIC LEAD/COUNTY SEARCH Step 1: Click County Search. To being you will need to click on County Search. When selecting county search you will be searching the whole county for leads. You will have the option to filter your results by specific cities or zip-codes. Step 2: Choose a County. From the drop down box you can select the County you wish to search in. Step 3: Choose a lead type. From the drop down box you can select the lead type you wish to search for. Only one lead type can be selected at one time. All lead types are available with county search besides farm utility or tax default Step 4-5: Choose a from and to date. When you click on the date box a calendar will appear for reference, click on the date your wish to select *Note- The date range is form when each lead was added to our database. Ex: For NOD s or NOS s it will be when the notice was made public record with the county. Step 6: Click on Search. Your results will populate below the map. 4.1

SPECIFIC LEAD/COUNTY SEARCH con t Specific Lead Search Radius Search Step 1. Click on Radius Search. To being you will need to click on Radius Search. When selecting radius search you will be searching within side a radius around a specific point for leads. Step 2. Enter a specific location. You are able to enter a specific address or just the city or zip code and state. When doing this the center pin will be placed at that specific address or centered in the city or zip code you entered. If you don t want to enter a specific location, you are able to close the box and locate an area on the map yourself. Step 3. Adjusting the Radius. The radius is automatically set at a quarter mile (.25). To adjust the radius larger or smaller, you will click and hold 4.2

When you have the right location you will let go of the mouse button and the green pin will drop. *Note- You are able to move the center pin, by double clicking on the area you wish to move it to. Step 4. Choose a county. From the drop down box you must select the County your radius is located in. Step 5. Choose a lead type. From the drop down box you can select the lead type you wish to search for. Only one lead type can be selected at one time. All lead types are available with radius search. Step 6-7. SPECIFIC LEAD/COUNTY SEARCH con t How to do a Boundary Search Specific Lead Type Radius Search Step 1. Click on Boundary Search. When selecting this option you will be searching a specific area with inside a boundary you have placed on the map for a specific lead type you want. Step 2. Placing Pins. When you locate the area you want on the map, you will click on the map to place the first pin. The first pin will be a red A. The next pins will be green ones; you are able to place up to 10 pins. When you are ready to complete your boundary you will click back on the red A, you do not need to place another pin next to the A. *Note- Removing the Pins. You are able to remove the pins on the map by completing the boundary, by clicking on the red A then click on Clear Polygon. Another why to clear the pins, is to reset the map by clicking on Boundary Search again. You are not able to remove just one pin, you have to remove all. 4.4

SPECIFIC LEAD/COUNTY SEARCH con t How to do a Boundary Search (Con t) Step 3. Choose a county. From the drop down box you must select the County your boundary is located in. Step 4. Choose a lead type. From the drop down box you can select the lead type you wish to search for. Only one lead type can be selected at one time. All lead types are available with boundary search. TRACT UTILITY Step1: Click on the Tab labeled Tract Utility in the top right hand corner of the page Step 2: Choose a county. From the drop down box you can select the County you wish to search in. Step 3: You have the option to search by a specific Tract Number OR by a search are: If you chose to search by a specific Tract number you can enter the number in the dark gray box enter tract #. If you wish to search by an area you will need to select between County Search, Radius Search or Boundary Search. (Please refer to Specific Lead type Radius or Boundary for directions) Step 4: After selecting a search method you will you need to click Find Tract. If you chose to enter a Tract Number you will need to click Search. Step 5: You will be presented with an opportunity to filter down your search. Option Include: 5.1

TRACT UTILITY con t A. # Units - This will provide the ability for you to select a minimum and maximum number of homes in a tract. B. Average Sales Price- This feature will allow you to filter between Average sales prices. This will take a 12 month comparison for all unit types in a given tract. C. Turn Over Rates- This allows you to search by Turn Over rates for the entire tract. We take the total number of units and divide it by the total number of sales in the previous 12 calendar months. D. Non-Owner- This allows you to search between owner and non-owner occupied properties. Here we take the total number of units and divide it by the total number of non-owner occupants. E. Property Type: This will allow you to select certain property types within each tract. Step 6: Hit the Submit button. The results will display below the map. Step 7: Once the results have been displayed in the section beneath the map, you will have 4 (four) options: A. Sort - By clicking on the fields above the results (city, zip, turn over %etc...) you can sort them according to your preference. 5.2

TRACT UTILITY con t B. Save - This option is located to the right of the results and allows you to save the properties in the tract you selected to your Live Farms. C. Export- This option is located next to the save button and will export the properties in that tract to a CSV file. D. View Detail - See Step 8. Step 8: To view the Detailed Record of the tracts in your results, you can click on any row when it is highlighted green. In the specific tract view you will find assessors data, comps, area pricing, statistics and more for the specific tract selected The buttons to the left of the map are where you can navigate through the information available on the tract. All Owners will give you all the properties within that selected tract. Comps, both Public and MLS, will provide information about comparable properties in the area. Use the Empty Nestor and Next Seller buttons to see which owners have been living in their home for over 20 years, or who we predict will be most likely to sell next. Clicking on Control Info will show you the active, pending, and sold listings that agents have in the area over the last 12 months. Each category may or may not have sub tabs, located beneath the map, where the user can find more information. The median characteristics of all the properties in the tract will be highlighted beneath the map to give you an estimation of the neighborhood. 5.3

CREATING A FARM TO WATCH Step 1: Select the county wish to search for your farm in. Step 2: Select radius or Boundary search (County search is not possible for the farming utility) Step 3: (Radius) A. Enter a specific location. You are able to enter a specific address or just the city or zip code and state. When doing this the center pin will be placed at that specific address or centered in the city or zip code you entered. If you don t want to enter a specific location, you are able to close the box and locate an area on the map yourself. *Note- You are able to move the center pin, by double clicking on the area you wish to move it to. 6.1

Step 3: (Boundary) A. Find the point on the map you wish to create a farm in. B. Placing Pins. When you locate the area you want on the map, you will click on the map to place the first pin. The first pin will be a red A. The next pins will be green ones; you are able to place up to 10 pins. When you are ready to complete your boundary you will click back on the red A, you do not need to place another pin next to the A. *Note- Removing the Pins. Step 4: Once you have created your radius or boundary you will need to select Farm Utility in the Lead Type Box. 6.2

CREATING A FARM TO WATCH con t Step 6: Click Save under the map and name your Farm you have created. *Note- To locate you saved farms you will select Live Farm under lead type. Step 7: Click on Setting located between Boundary Search and Quick Search. Step 8: Under farms to watch you have the option to select up to 8 farms to be watched. You will receive email notifications if any of the properties that are saved in your farm have changed MLS Status, have a Notice of Default or Notice of Sale filed against it or if a court case, like a divorce or probate, has been filed on the property. *Note- New properties will not be added to the list. The system will only monitor and watch whatever properties are saved in the farm. 6.3

CREATING A FARM TO WATCH con t Step 9: Once you have selected all the farm you wish to be notified on you must click on Submit *Note: If you wish not to receive notifications any more you can change your notification settings to NO. Step 10: You will received daily emails notifying you if anything in you farm has changed. You are able to click on the property address to access that property in the system. 6.4

HOW TO UPLOAD FARMS Step 1: Click on the upload tab, located in the top middle Step 2: Click Browse/Choose File. Locate your file and click open *NOTE: Files must be in the 97-03 version of Microsoft Excel. With the Parcel Numbers labeled APN and the zip code labeled sitezip. To convert your files to the 97-03 version of Microsoft Excel, click File, Save-As. Then under Save as Type select the 97-03 version of Microsoft Excel. 7.1

HOW TO UPLOAD FARMS con t *NOTE: files must be in the 97-03 version of Microsoft Excel. With the Parcel Numbers labeled APN and the zip code labeled sitezip. To convert your files to the 97-03 version of Microsoft Excel, click File, Save-As. Then under Save as Type select the 97-03 version of Microsoft Excel. Step 3: Name your farm and click Submit 7.2

HOW TO UPLOAD FARMS con t Step 4: You will receive a pop up window indicating your rows have been successfully uploaded. Close out the window and click leads/farms at the top to locate your uploaded farm Step 5: To locate your new farm, choose the county your farm is in then select Live Farms from the lead drop down box. Then select your newly added farm and click search. Your results will populate below the map. 7.3

RESULTS Once your results populate below the map you have many different options as to what you can do with your results Filter: You are able to filter down your results by clicking on Filter. A window will pop up and you will be able to filter down by city, zip codes, property type, etc. (see feature detail for more information) Save: You are able to save your results by clicking on save. A window will pop up and you will enter what you would like to name your farm. You can search in your Live Farms to locate the search results again. Only the results will be saved not the search criteria. List: You are able to view a full list of your results for easy printing. When you click on print a new internet window tab will open up with a list of all the result. You can right clicking using your mouse and select print. 8.1

RESULTS con t Rebo Marketing: You are able to export your results, print labels, create flyers, and do a mail merge. Total Results: Here you will see the total results populated from your search. The maximum number of result that can be seen at a time is 1,000. If you reach 1,000 results it s more then likely there are additional results out there. It is best for you to either reduce your date range or do a boundary or radius search for their particular lead type. Records per Page: You have the option to change how many records per page will be shown. You can click on the drop down box and choose from 10, 20, 50, or 100. 8.2

RESULTS con t Result Numbers: Each result is associated with a number. Each page will start at the number 1. You can see each balloon number on the map to see where that property is located. Additional Info Icons: Each result has additional info icon associated with it. When clicking on the icons you will see additional information about that property. (See feature detail for more information) Specific Lead View: When you hovers your mouse over a specific lead it will turn green. You can click anywhere in the green area to view the specific lead view. A window will pop up and you will be able to view more information about that particular property. (see feature detail for more information) 8.3

FEATURE DETAILS City and Zip Codes: You able to filter down your results by cities or zip codes. You can select either a city or a zip code; you do not need to select both. The city or zip code will turn blue when it s selected. To select multiple city or zip codes you will need to select one item then hold down Ctrl on the key board and click on another. To de-select a city or zip code you can hold down Ctrl on your key board and the click on one of the city or zip codes you have selected. Street: You are able to filter down your results by a specific street address. Purchase Money 1st Mortgage Lender: You are able to filter down your results by the purchase money 1st mortgage lender. Beneficiary or Trustee: You are able to filter down by Beneficiary or Trustee when the property has a Notice of Default or Notice of Sale filed against the property. Lead Price: You are able to enter a minimum and maximum lead price. The lead price will vary based on lead type selected. For Just Listed, Just Sold and Expired it would be the listed price or sold price. For Notice of Default and Notice of Sale it would be the loan amount. You are able to filter down your results by a minimum and maximum of the following for the properties. You must enter both a minimum and maximum when filtering by one of these items. Building Size # of Bedrooms # of Bathrooms # of units 9.1

You would check the box next to the property type if you would like your results to have that property type displayed. Owner: You are able to filter down your results by an Owner type. You would check the box next to the owner type if you would like your results to have that owner type displayed. Phone Only: You are able to filter down your results with phone numbers only. You would check the box next to the phone only if you would properties with phone numbers only. DNC: You are able to filter down your results by omitting results with phone numbers on the do not call list. The box for phone only must be selected as well. You would check the box next to omit properties on the DNC list if you don t want properties with phone numbers that are on the DNC list. MLS: You are able to filter down your results by omitting results that are currently listed on the MLS. You would check the box next to omit properties currently actively listed on the MLS if you don t want properties that are currently listed on the MLS. NOD: You are able to filter down your results by omitting results with Notice of Defaults, Notice of Sale or current REO s. You would check the box next to omit properties with NOD s, NOS s or REO s if you wish not to have properties with a NOD, NOS or REO filed against it. Only NOD: You are able to filter down your results with only Notice of Defaults or Notice of Sales. You would check the box next to only properties with NOD s or NOS s if you wish to have only properties with a NOD or NOS filed against it. Save Criteria: You can select this box if you wish to save the criteria you have entered in the filter box. Reset: You can click on Reset if you wish to clear all the filter criteria that are currently selected. 9.2

FEATURE DETAILS con t Submit: Once you have entered the criteria you wish to filter by you will click submit. Additional Info Icons Phone Icon: If the result has a blue phone icon under the additional info the system has found phone number(s) for the owner/property. You can click on the icon to view the number(s). When the window pops up you will see the name and address of potential phone number(s) the system has found. Under the DNC (do not call) column there will either be a green check mark indicating that the phone number is not on the do not call list and the red circle with a line through it indicates the phone number is on the do not call this. *Note- All specific lead type have the phone numbers ran automatically, if you search for a farm utility you will have to save your farm first and the system will then start to look up phone number for properties that haven t had the phone number ran yet. It usually takes about 20-30 minutes to complete a whole farm. Notice of Default/Sale: If the result has a black skull icon under the additional info the system has found either a notice of default or notice of sale filed against the property. You can click on the icon to view the notice details. 9.3

FEATURE DETAILS con t When the window pops up it will provide you with information on the notice(s) that has been filed. The window will display the type of notice that was filed, the Document Number, Trustee Number, Recorded Date, Trustor, Trustee, Beneficiary, Loan Doc Number, Loan Date, Delinquent Amount, Sale Date (if NOS), Minimum Bid (if NOS), Sale Location (if NOS) and Reason (if applicable).of notice that was filed, the Document Number, Trustee Number, Recorded Date, Trustor, Trustee, Beneficiary, Loan Doc Number, Loan Date, Delinquent Amount, Sale Date (if NOS), Minimum Bid (if NOS), Sale Location (if NOS) and Reason (if applicable). MLS: If the result has a blue newspaper icon under the additional info the system has found MLS activity on the property. This means the property is currently listed by another agent. You can click on the icon to view the listing details. When the window pops up you will be able to see the listing details that was found on the MLS Scripts: All results will display this icon. The scripts can be used by you to refer to when making phone calls to potential leads. 9.4

FEATURE DETAILS con t There will be specific scripts depending on the lead type selected. There will also be general scripts not specific to a lead type you can refer to. Notepad: All results will display this icon. The notepad can be used by you to write notes regarding the property. When the window pops up you are able to change the status of the result. By clicking on the Change Status drop down box, you can change the lead from Hot, Cold or Dead. If you would like to place a note on the lead you can do so by typing in the box on the left, if you want to add a follow up date you can do so by clicking in the dark gray box and select a date from the calendar, once completed you will click submit. The note you have posted will be shown on the right side, you can delete the note by clicking on the red circle with a line through it. *Note-Changing the lead to dead will remove it from the list so it will not appear to you in the future. You can search for you follow-up leads, hot leads and cold lead by selecting that lead type from the lead drop down box. Printing: All results will display this icon. The printer icon can be used by you to print property profiles on the specific lead. A property profile is information about the specific property like; # of beds and baths, Type, Building and Lot size. The property profile will also display information regarding the specific lead type the result was searched for. 9.5

FEATURE DETAILS con t When the printer window pops up: You will have the options of adding comps (comparable properties to the subject property), Area NOD/NOS (properties around the subject property that have notice of defaults and notices of sales filed against them), and List of 150 Neighbors. When you click print the report will be printed as a PDF file, you then can either print the report or save it to your computer. Specific Lead View You can click on a specific lead to view more information about that property. You are able to click on the blue arrow in the top corners to go to the previous or next lead. The Subject property information is on the right side for quick reference. You can choose from the different Info buttons on the left side. The button will turn green when selected. Additional tabs will be displayed below the map associated with the Info button selected. 9.6

FEATURE DETAILS con t Lead Info: When selecting Lead Info you will be able to view Specific Information, Contact Information, and Notes/Save lead. Comps: When selecting Comps you will be able to view comparable properties in the area around the lead you selected. You are able to change your comparables setting by clicking on setting on the main page. Below the map will display the properties around the lead that are Active (red) Pending (yellow) and Sold (blue), the property s balloon number will be displayed on the map, the green S on the map is the subject property. Statistics: Here you are able to view what activity has occurred around selected lead. Under the Market Trend tab you can view the activity for the past 12 months. Under the Current Market it will show what is currently going on around your lead you selected. Owner Info: When selecting Owner Info you will be able to get more information about the owner, property and tax information. Area NOD: When selecting Area NOD you will be able to see what properties have NOD (notice of defaults) filed against them around the specific lead property. History: When selecting History you will be able to see the MLS, Public Sale, Public Financing, and Public Notice history that has occurred on the property. Neighbors: When selecting this tab you are able to view the neighbors around the specific lead selected. It will display up to 150 neighbors around the specific lead property. 9.7

REBOMARKETING In ReboMarketing you are able to create marketing pieces for your results. You will be able to export your results, print labels, create mail merges, and print marketing flyers. If you want something cutting edge designed just for you our marketing department can create something. 10.1

REBOMARKETING con t Data Export: To export results you will need to click on Data Export in the top left corner. You have four options to export your results. The first option is to CSV (comma separated value). The second option is to PDF. The third option is to Excel. The fourth option is XML (most users will not use this option). To select you option you would click on the icon you wish to use to export your data. Avery labels: To generate labels you will need to click on Avery Labels in the top left corner. When generating labels the system will use the results mailing address rather then the property address. You has five options for labels. The first option is Avery 5160, standard address labels. The second option is Avery 5167, standard return labels. The third option is Avery 5164, standard shipping labels. The fourth option is Avery 5163, shipping labels. To generate the labels you user will click on the picture of the labels you would like to use. 10.2

REBOMARKETING con t Mail Merge: In mail merge you have the option to have up to five letters to use for mail merging (merging result information onto the letter). To have a letter uploaded into the system it will be a one time $12.99 fee for each letter. You will need to email marketing@benutech.net to inquire about getting a letter uploaded. You are able to view your template by clicking on the magnify glass below the PDF icon. To run the mail merge you are able to click on the blue arrows below the PDF icon. Once the letters populate you are able to click on the small PDF icon. Once the PDF opens you are able to print the letters. 10.3

REBOMARKETING con t Flyer Marketing: You will need to click on Flyer Marketing to access marketing flyers. You are able to use the free flyers in ReboMarketing. The templates are lead specific. You have the option for custom flyer to be made by our graphic designers for free, if you want to upload your own custom flyer designed outside of Benutech there will be a $9.99 placement fee. To view the flyer template you can click on the magnify glass below the flyer icon you wish to view. To run the process of merging the results mailing address information onto the flyer you will need to click on the green arrows underneath the flyer icon you wish to use. You will have the option to omit the properties you have already marketed to using ReboMarketing by selecting the APN. You will also have the option to omit properties that are listed on the MLS; you can use CRTL to select multiple properties. Once you have determined if you would like to omit any properties you used will select a method on the right. If you wish to print your flyers to a PDF you would select Print. 10.4

REBOMARKETING con t You are able to click on the small PDF icon to view and print the flyers. The results mailing address and owner name will appear on the flyer for mailing purposes as well as your mailing address, broker s name and DRE license number. The other method is mail. This option is not available at this time (coming soon). With the mail option you will have the ability to mail directly from the system using our mail house. Marketing Ideas: You will need to click on Marketing Ideas to access some marketing ideas. The ideas will be lead specific. Under need to know it will supply information about the specific lead type. Under recommended tools it will help you with ideas on how to approach and prepare to market to the specific lead type. 10.5

REBOMARKETING con t Custom Request: By clicking on Custom Request you are able to send a request to Benutech to get custom marketing pieces. You will enter your name, best number, and what you are looking for; you will then click to submit to send the request. You will then receive an email or phone call from our marketing department to discuss creating custom marketing pieces. 10.6
