Login If you chose to receive electronic statements, it is important to login to initiate the electronic statement process. You will need your login information to access your account. This information was sent to you via e-mail from iconnectdata@comdata.com. If you have not received your login information, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-760-8870. Logging In 1. Access your account two ways: www.bpbusinesssolutions.com www.iconnectdata.com/bp 2. At the iconnectdata login screen enter your User ID and click the Continue button. 3. Verify the ImageKey and caption and enter your password. Click the Continue button. If at any time you forget your username, contact customer service at 1-800-760-8870. Forgot Your Password? If you forget your password, follow these easy steps: Obtaining Your Password 2. At the login screen, click the Forgot Password? link. 3. Enter your User ID and click the Continue button. 4. Your new password will be sent to your email address. 5. Click the link in the email to reset your password. 6. Enter your User ID; answer the security question; enter and confirm your new password; and click the Continue button. Forgot Your User ID? If you forget your user ID, follow these easy steps: Obtaining Your User ID 2. At the login screen, click the Forgot User ID? link. 3. Enter your email, first name and last name. 4. Click Continue and your username will be emailed to you immediately.
Spend Limit Information When you were approved for the BP Business Solutions MasterCard Program, you were granted a spend limit. If you exceed your spend limit, purchases will automatically be declined. You can track your available limit online any time. To request an increase, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-760-8870. View Available Spend Limit 2. Select Payment Center. 3. Select Available Credit Info. 4. Click the Display button. Accessing Your Invoice Online All invoices are available online, regardless of Invoice E-mail Notifications. Viewing and receiving invoices online helps reduce paperwork and gives you instant access to your account balance. To Access Your Invoice 2. Select Payment Center. 3.Select My Invoices. 4. Choose to open or download the reports you need. Pay the Total Balance Due shown on the Consolidated Invoice to ensure you are paying the full balance due on the account. Invoices are stored on iconnectdata for 14 months.
Online Reporting Online reports are available to assist with account control. Choose to view the transaction details of your account in a variety of ways. Monitoring your purchases online can help you reduce valuable administrative time, get tighter control over your fuel costs, and save money. Viewing Your Reports Online 1. On the www.iconnectdata.com/bp Welcome page, click Reporting. 2. Select reportq. Within reportq, select Quick Reports. 3. Click the name of the report you want to build. Most field values can be changed, and several fields include drop-down lists so you can choose the value. 4. After you have entered all of the information, click View Reports or Excel Download to build the report. 5. If you choose the View Reports feature, click export to PDF. This tells the system to export the report to PDF, a format that you can print and/or save. 6. If you choose the Download feature, files are available to be saved to your computer in Excel format. Real Time Transaction History The BP Business Solutions MasterCard Program further enhances your account tracking capabilities by providing real time transaction information. All transactions are visible online after the sale. This gives you immediate access to monitor specific purchases and possible transactions that are unauthorized to help reduce fraud. Viewing Real Time Transactions 2. Select Manage. 3. Select Transactions. 4. Enter your search parameters (customer number, card number, transaction status). 5. Select the date range you want to search from the drop-down box or calendar. 6. Click Submit to view on screen or Download to export data into your Excel spreadsheet.
Card Maintenance Manage your complete card inventory any time online. You can block a card, order replacement cards or order new cards. Lost or stolen cards can be permanently blocked quickly, and new employees or drivers can receive a new card at your discretion. Maintaining Card Inventory 2. Select Manage, then Cards. 3. Select Card Maintenance. 4. The screen will display your current account information. Use the Customer ID dropdown to switch between Customer IDs or select ALL to view all customers at once. NOTE: Your customer IDs are the reporting separations within your account, i.e. departments, branches, locations... 5. Click on Submit to see a complete list of your cards. You will see options to edit or replace existing cards, and to add new cards. 6. Edit a Current Card Click on Edit beside the card you want to change. Use the drop-down arrow in the Status field to activate or block the card. Click Confirm to apply the change. NOTE: If you choose Lost or Stolen and then confirm, the card will be permanently blocked, and you will not be able to reactivate it. If you choose Block, the card will remain blocked until you place it back in Active status. You can edit any information which is not embossed on the card. 7. Replace a Current Card Click the Replace button next to the card you want to replace and follow the prompts. Select the address to which the replacement card should be sent, and then Confirm. The old card number will be blocked when the new card is created. NOTE: Everything you do in card maintenance is real-time, so as soon as you click confirm, the old card number becomes inactive. 8. Order a New Card Click the Add a Card button at the top of the Card Listing.
Drivers with Identification Numbers (DINs) and Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) Maintenance All of your cardholder numbers are conveniently accessible and easily updated. You can delete or add new cardholder IDs anytime online. Having all your IDs organized in one convenient place online will help you keep track of which drivers are using which cards and ID numbers. You can cross-reference this information with the data received on your monthly reports. Setting or Changing ID Numbers 2. Select Manage, then Fleet Assets. 3. Select Cardholder ID Maintenance or Vehicle ID Maintenance. 4. The screen will display your current account information. 5. Click on Search to see a complete list of IDs. 6. To delete a number, locate that ID, click the delete box, then click Submit. 7. To add a number, click Add on the left hand menu. 8. Enter the new information requested, then click Submit. 9. Use the Customer ID dropdown to switch between Customer IDs. NOTE: If you have multiple Customer IDs and only one DIN (Driver Identification Number) pool, then all your DINs will display in one master customer ID. Updating the DINs in this customer ID is all that is needed. All DINs in the master DIN pool will authorize all cards in your account.
Online Bill Pay You have the option to set up your payments online making it easier and quicker to pay your bill. Set up Online Bill Pay 1. Select Payment Center. 2. Click on Online Bill Pay. (You will be directed to the online-bill-pay site.) 3. Select the box next to Acknowledge. 4. Select Continue. 5. Follow the instructions from the online payment provider.
