Registration: Fill the registration form 1- Open the registration page by the below link: https://gpurc.kacst.edu.sa/register.aspx 2

1- Select employer type from Type of Employer drop-down list. 2- If Saudi Universities or Saudi Organizations are selected in the Type of Employer, the name of university or organization should be specified in University\Organization Name drop-down list. 3- Enter the official work email address in Email field. For example, Ahmed@kacst.edu.sa 4- Re-enter the email to confirm in Confirm Email field. 5- Enter the password in Password field. The below rules must be followed to create the password: Must be at least eight characters long. Not more than 15 characters. Contain letters from each of the following categories: Uppercase letters Small letters Numbers Special charachters @ # $! ^ & 6- Re-enter the password to confirm in Confirm Password field. 7- Enter Mobile number without zero in Mobile filed. For example, 512345678. 8- Enter verification code that shown in the image in the field below the image. 9- Click Register button to complete the registration. 10- If the registration completed successfully the below message will appear. 3

Activate the account After the success of the registration process, a mail will be sent to your email to activate the account. If you do not receive mail, please check your Junk / Spam folders. 1- Click on the link that sent to your email to activate the account. 2- On the Activate Account page, your email address will appear. 3- Enter the verification code which shown in the image, then click Activate. When the activation process completed successfully, the following message will appear. As well, you will get a mail that your account successfully activated. 4

Login to the account 1- Login to the account by the below link. https://gpurc.kacst.edu.sa/login.aspx 2- Enter the email address and password. 3- Click login button. 5

Reset the password When you forget your password, click Forgot password or use the below link. https://gpurc.kacst.edu.sa/forgetpassword.aspx 1- Enter your email address. 2- Enter the verification code that shown in the image. 3- Click Send Password. Confirm message will appear. Click ok to send the temporary password. 6

The temporary password has been sent to your e-mail. Please note that the password must be changed after you log in. 7

User homepage After logged in successfully to the system the user's homepage will appear. You must fill your personal profile so you can apply to the grant programs. By click on Personal Profile on the top of the page or Click Here on the note, as shown below. 8

Fill the personal profile Personal Details page 1- Fill the below fields. 2- Attach National ID\Iqama\Passport copy in Iqama copy\ National ID copy field by clicking on Choose file/browse to select the file from your computer then click Upload. 3- A message will appear indicating the success of the upload. You can check the attached file by clicking View. 4- To replace the attached file you can re-upload the file. 5- After you have completed filling out all the fields, click Save and Continue to move to the next page. Notes: All fields marked with asterisk * are mandatory fields that must be filled in to proceed to the next page. Do not use back and forward browser buttons to move between pages. 9

Contact Information page Enter the contact details in the fields as shown below. Then, click Save and Continue to move to the next page. 10

Qualifications page 1- Enter the qualifications according to the fields, as shown below. 6- Attach the certificate document by clicking on the certificate icon. Click on Choose file/browse to select the file from your computer then click Upload. You can view the attached certificate by view icon under certificate field. Note: The type of the certificate should be pdf. 2- Click X to delete the certificate 3- Click Add to add another qualification. 4- After you finish filling out the qualifications, click Save and Continue to move to the next page. Note: You must enter at least one qualification. 11

Experience page 1- Enter the experience according to the fields, as shown below. 2- Attach the experience certificate by clicking on the certificate icon. Click on Choose file/browse to select the file from your computer then click Upload. You can view the attached certificate by view icon under certificate field. Note: The type of the certificate should be pdf. 3- Click X to delete the experience. 4- Click Add to add another experience. 5- After finish filling out the experiences, click Save and Continue to move to the next page. 12

Consulting and Memberships page 1- Enter the consultants if it is available, as shown below. 2- Click Add to add another consultant. 3- Enter the memberships if it is available, as shown below. 4- Click Add to add another membership. 5- After finish filling out all the fields, click Save and Continue to move to the next page. 13

Interests and Attachments page 1- Select the areas of interest from the drop-down list. 2- Click Add to add another record. 3- You must add the CV document first, and to add other documents click Add button. Attach the CV by clicking on the certificate icon. Click on Choose file/browse to select the file from your computer then click Upload. You can view the attached CV by view icon under Upload field. Note: The type of the CV should be pdf. The CV Should be in English. 4- Click Add to add another document. 5- Select the File type, enter the title, and then click the icon to upload attachment. 6- After finish filling out all the fields, click Save and Continue to move to the next page. 14

Employer Information page 1- If the Saudi Universities is selected in the registration as Employer type, the collage and department must be entered. 2- If the Saudi Organizations is selected in the registration as Employer type, the department must be entered. 3- If Saudi Other Organizations or Outside Other Organizations is selected in the registration as Employer type, all the employer details must be entered. 15

Confirm profile data A summary of the personal profile is displayed on this page to review the data. You have to certify that all the information is true at the bottom of the page to create the profile by put the check then Save. 16

Profile created successfully When the profile created successfully, the following message will appear. 18

Apply to the grant programs After the profile created successfully, First go back to profile homepage then you can select and submit the suitable grant program by clicking Apply below each program 19
