Step 1 - Make Sure Your ID Badge is Up to Date: To participate in the Sanofi BadgePay program, you ll need a new Smartcard Badge style. Additionally, notices will be posted at all Freedom Pay/POS terminals containing instructions to disable automatic funding and then spend down their available balance by posted end date. The notice will also provide users the web site and contact information to close account and receive reimbursement for any unused funds. You can choose either a one-time load of an amount you choose, or by setting up auto-reload, you ll never have to worry about having funds in your ID Badge account. You can configure your auto-reload to top up whenever your balance reaches a level you set (we recommend setting that at a minimum of $15.00), and you can also choose to add funds based on schedule (weekly or monthly) you set. Is my personal and credit card information secure? The BadgePay ID Badge Account funding website is fully secured, and your credit card information is never stored locally. Credit card transactions are PCI Level I compliant, the highest level of credit card security available. What happens when I run out of funds on my badge account? The best way to ensure you never run out of funds on your ID Badge account is to set-up auto-reload on the BadgePay ID Badge Account funding website. If you do run out of funds during a payment transaction, you can choose to pay the balance with another form of payment. You can then go back to the funding website and add more funds to your account at a time convenient to you. What happens if I lose my ID Badge? If you lose your ID Badge, visit your account on the BadgePay Account Center website, and choose the Lost and Stolen Card menu option. You can choose to Suspend your ID Badge account right on the website, or call the number listed for assistance if you need it.
