3 2. Make Copies 1) Tap your AMDA ID on the reader next to the screen. 2) On the screen tap Use Device Functions 3) Next use the copier as you would normally. 4) Once done Tap your ID on the reader to Log Out. Page 2 of 7

6. Print from Personal Computer (Google Cloud) Google Cloud print allows you to print from any Google cloud print compatible device directly to the AMDA Library PaperCut printers.

7 6. Print from Personal Computer (Google Cloud) Google Cloud print allows you to print from any Google cloud print compatible device directly to the AMDA Library PaperCut printers. This Initial setup only needs to be done once. Once completed, you will be able to print from your personal computer or smartphone. A. Google Cloud Print Initial Setup 1) Log into and click on Setup (NY or LA) Google Cloud Print setup Link on the Left side of the page. 2) You will then be asked to log into your google account. Log in with your AMDA student address 3) You will then be prompted to Add the PrintAnywhere printer to your Google cloud print account, Click Add Printer. 4) You have now added the AMDA PaperCut printer to your Google Cloud print account. You will now be able to print from Google cloud print site or any Google cloud print enabled program that is logged into your AMDA account. Page 6 of 7

Print from Chrome As long as you re are logged into your AMDA account in Google Chrome, you will be able to print directly from the print dialog box by picking the PrintAnywhere printer from the Destination dropdown and then scanning your student ID on any Library Printer. ii. Print from Google Cloud Print website 1) Go to and log-in with your AMDA address. 2) Click Print on the Left side and upload the document you wish to print. 3) Go to any Library printer and scan your student ID.
