1 GETTING START Go to http://mailmanagement.ksc.net, fill in the following information to log in; Username: Your username is your domain name, for example kscdemo.th.com or yourdomain.com. Please use lowercase letters. Password: Fill in your password. After finished, click Login button. After logged in, you will see the below window, click Account Management menu and choose General tab, you will see the details. Domain: Show your domain name, for example; ksc.th.com or yourdomain.com. Quota Mailboxes: Show total numbers of Email accounts that you can create. Quota Email Space: Show the total space of your Email Domain. Used Mailboxes: Show the numbers of Email accounts that you have created. Used Email space: Show the total space that is used (MB). 2 ADD OR DELETE EMAIL At this page, you can add, edit or delete the Email accounts, click Email Account tab and the following details will be appeared. To add: Click ADD ACCOUNT button in order to add new Email accounts. To edit: Click Edit button next to the E-mail account that you want to edit in order to edit the Email account. To add rule: Click Rule button next to the E-mail account that you want to set rule in order to control and manage the incoming Email message. To delete: Click Delete button next to the E-mail account that you want to remove. Below is the ADD ACOUNT window; Account Name: Create a new Email account. Fill in the name without @domain. For example, if you would like to create an Email account for Sales Department, you may fill in only the word sales. Remark: The valid E-mail account must contain 3-30 characters in length and starts with a letter. No special character (@, &,, (, ), <, or >.) is allowed, except the underscores (_). Password: Fill in your password. To ensure that you fill in a valid password, the system will display the characters in this process. The password must contain 6-50 characters in length. Mailbox Size: Set the desired space of the Email account. Page 3 of 7
If you click Rule, you will find the following window; Active Forward: Click to open the Forward Email system. Keep copy email in the inbox: Click to store Email in Inbox before forwarding. Forward to: Fill in the Email address thatyou want to forward message to. Auto-reply: Click to open the auto-reply system. Auto-reply message: Write the auto-reply message. After finished, click Save button. Page 4 of 7
3 ADD OR DELETE EMAIL GROUP You can add, edit or delete the Email Group, click Email Group tab and the following details will be appeared. To add: Click ADD GROUP button in order to add new Email groups. To edit: Click Edit button next to the E-mail group that you want to edit the group s name. To add: Click Account List button next to the E-mail group that you want to add account to the group. To delete: Click Delete button next to the E-mail group that you want to remove. Page 5 of 7
4 ADD OR DELETE WHITE LIST You can add, edit or delete the White list, click White list tab and the following details will be appeared. To add: Click ADD EMAIL button and fill in Email account that you want to add in white list, then click Save button. To edit: Click the Email account that you want to rename, then click Save button. To delete: Click Delete button next to the E-mail account that you want to remove, then click Save button. Page 6 of 7
5 ADD OR DELETE BLACK LIST You can add, edit or delete the Black list, click Black list tab and the following details will be appeared. To add: Click ADD EMAIL button and fill in Email account that you want to add in Black list, then click Save button. To edit: Click the Email account that you want to rename, then click Save button. To delete: Click Delete button next to the E-mail account that you want to remove, then click Save button. After finish using the service, click Logout button on the left to leave the page.
