Accessing the Jobs Fund Online Application Portal Welcome to the Jobs Fund Online Application Portal. Please go through the instructions and screen shots, they will make the process of submitting your application much simpler. Take special note of the instructions in the grey boxes, they will guide you through some of the system requirements. From the Jobs Fund website you will be able to click on a link Click here to apply This will direct you to the Jobs Fund application portal as shown on the screen shot below. As a potential applicant you need to register on the site. You need a valid email address to register. This email address will be your user name when you need to access the Jobs Fund portal.
Step One: Registering for the first time You may use any browser to access the Jobs Fund Portal; however your user experience will be optimised if you use Internet Explorer. Make sure you have enabled popups on your browser For first time registration click on the hyper link click here to register now After clicking on the hyper link the following page will appear.
Fill in your First Name Surname Email address Confirm your email address Fill in the validation sum Click register A pop up will appear confirming your registration and giving you your password. myemail@gmail.com Copy your password.
Read the instructions on the popup. An email will also be sent to your email address confirming your registration. Once you log in you can go and change your password if you wish. Step two: Logging into the Jobs Fund on line application Once you have clicked OK on the popup the system will automatically take you to the login page. Put in your user name and the password you were assigned. This will take you to your home page.
You will see the notification of the Jobs Fund Second Call for proposals. Click on the green + button on the right of the window announcement to create an application. Step 3 The application registration page It is important that you are sure under which window you intend to apply. Once you have indicated this on the form and clicked register application you cannot change the window. If you are unclear of the window refer to the guidance documents on the Jobs Fund website and on the portal. If you have registered the application under the wrong window, abort the application and begin the process again by going to the home page and clicking on the green + and select the right window. On this page you need to indicate The window under which you are applying. Whether you are a private sector applicant or a public sector applicant if you are unclear refer to the guideline documents. A title for the project The name of your organisation or company. In which province your organisation resides. And the type of institution you are private/ public/ NGO.

Once you have completed the application register by clicking register application. You will be assigned a unique JF number, please refer to this number in any communication with the Jobs Fund. Once you have been allocated a unique Jobs Fund number JF2/nnnn. You can go back to the application form for further additions and edits right up until the window closes. You will see your project/s on your home page. Click on the zoom icon to get back into your application form.
Remember: Edit your existing application by clicking on the zoom icon as shown above. Do not create a new project each time you wish to edit the existing one. Changing your password Click on profile and password You will be prompted to put in your old password and create a new one. Once done, click submit. You can go back to the home page. Forgotten password If you forget your password, click forgot password from the login page. An email with your password will be sent to you.
