Announcement Letter Number ZA10-1052 Europe Middle East and Africa Announcement Letter No. ZA10-1052 dated September 29, 2010 Price Changes on Selected System z and zseries Software Program Products Overview Effective date: January 1, 2011 Charges Terms and Conditions Announcement Countries IBM announces increases in one-time charges (OTC) and associated Subscription and Support (S&S) recurrent license charges (monthly and annually) and on reseller license charges for selected System z and zseries Software Program Products. Increased recurrent licence charges will be effective with the billing period that starts on or after January 1, 2011. The one-time charge price increases are effective January 1, 2011. For listed products, the following price changes will apply: Prices will remain unchanged in Switzerland/Lichtenstein. Prices will increase by 5% in the United Kingdom. Prices will increase by 4% in all other European, Middle Eastern and African countries.
