Please update your Presidio Mobile Banking app in the app store to version 5.2 in order for the following new features to be available on your device. Although our targeted live date is scheduled for Monday, August 8 th, some app stores may be delayed in allowing version 5.2 to be immediately available. It may take some app stores a few days to fully implement version 5.2. Push Notifications GENERAL ENHANCEMENTS Push notifications allows you to receive alerts to better manage your accounts without logging into your mobile banking app. You can now set up and receive banking alerts such as balance updates, low balances, large withdrawals and large deposits with your defined balance thresholds. To receive banking alerts via push notifications, you must log in to your mobile banking app and enable the push notification from your app s setting page. The mobile banking apps display the same list of banking alerts that are available through ebanking. If you already subscribe to alerts in ebanking, when you enable push notification feature, you will automatically be subscribed to their alerts. There is no need to re-create your alerts for mobile banking app. Page 1 of 19
Page 2 of 19
You can modify the following settings for alerts. The settings will be reflected in ebanking as well if you selected to receive the same alerts via email and/or text: Note that the frequency for Balance Update alerts is not modifiable in the mobile banking apps. The frequency is modifiable in ebanking ONLY. If the frequency is updated in ebanking, then the frequency is carried over to the mobile banking app. If you subscribe to Balance Update alert for the first time in mobile banking app via push notifications, the frequency is set to Once a week on Friday by default. Note: Push notification is not supported in mobile banking apps on Amazon devices. If you do not enable push notification, but have subscribed to receive alerts via email and/or text, the alerts will still be displayed in the Message Center in the app. Page 3 of 19
Forgotten Username and Password Mobile Banking Release The Forgotten Username and Password feature allows you to recover your login credentials using your mobile banking app. This feature removes the need to contact Presidio Bank to recover your credentials. You can access the Recover Credentials options in the More section of the main navigation menu for the mobile banking app. You will also be presented with the Recover Credentials options if you have entered the incorrect password once. This feature uses the same navigation flow to reset username and/or password as in ebanking. If you want to recover your password, you will be asked to enter your username and phone number that matches the phone number stored in ebanking. A temporary password will be sent to the phone number as voice and/or text (if text is enabled). When you want to recover your username, you will be asked to enter an email address. You will receive the username if the entered email address matches the one that is stored in ebanking. Once you enter the temporary password to log into the mobile banking app, you will be required to create a new password. Before creating a new password, the app will prompt you to go through the Multi-factor Authentication flow to verify your identity if you have not already gone through it before on your device. ios SPECIFIC ENHANCMENTS Split Screen Multitasking As part of ios 9, Apple introduced two new types of multi-tasking for ipad: Slide Over and Split View. When used by app developers, ipad users can effectively run two apps at the same time, side by side. This is a great enhancement for ipad users. Now you are able to more efficiently use your banking app in context to other actions that you might be doing on your ipad. Page 8 of 19
Bringing up another app to run on the same screen by dragging the black vertical divider to resize the portion of the screen the banking app is using. The screen shot shows running both the banking app and the Notes app at the same time. When there is only one app running, dragging the screen divider will bring up a list of apps that support multi-tasking. You may select an app to be displayed on the same screen with the running app. In order to support multi-tasking, the Splash Screen has been updated. The Splash Screen is the page of your app that shows as the app is loading and is also used in other parts of the app as well. Page 9 of 19
Touch ID Enhancement Touch ID was introduced to ios apps in 2015. As of this release, Apple has offered new functionality for Touch ID. It now has the ability to detect if the set of fingerprints on the device has changed since you enabled Touch ID for that app. This detection has been added to reduce risks when it comes to Touch ID access. With the current Touch ID, it is not possible to discern between different fingerprints of different individuals. A risk exists in the situation that if someone knows the pin of the device, they can add their fingerprint to the device and be able to log into the mobile banking app. With this release, the risk can be mitigated. If you have Touch ID enabled, any Touch ID fingerprints added or removed from the device, then you will need to log in the next time with your username and password. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to re-enroll in Touch ID. This balances security and user experience in an optimal manner. Page 10 of 19
3D Touch 3D Touch is a new feature of Apple hardware. It was first release earlier this year for iphone 6S and 6S Plus. Certain actions can occur based on the level of force that you use on your screen with your fingertip. There are 3 ways that 3D Touch will be used: 1. Quick Actions on the app icon: When you press down on the app icon, you will be able to tap on a list of navigation options. When you select the option, the app will open and land on the login page. After logging in, you will then be immediately take to the feature they selected. You will have effectively bypassed the accounts page, thereby making your mobile banking a more efficient process. The Quick Actions will display the following navigation options: Transfers Always displayed Bill Pay Displayed if your app has Bill Pay enabled Check Deposit Displayed if your app has Mobile Deposit enabled The first Create-Your-Own mobile SSO link Displayed only if your organization has configured mobile SSO link. 2. Peek and Pop on Accounts: The same sort of force press can be used on account cards to give a view of transactions without having to leave the account page. If you want to load the full page then you can easily do that. Page 11 of 19
3. Peek and Pop on Mobile Deposit History: Similarly, the same sort of peek into Mobile Deposit is now possible as well. Page 12 of 19

Split Pane View on Accounts You will see a unified Accounts/Transactions view on select ios devices to improve the usability of the core part of Mobile Banking; view balances and recent transactions. On iphone 5 Plus, 6s Plus, when they are held in landscape orientation, and on all ipads, regardless of orientation, the account view and the transaction view is now visible at the same time. This will reduce the need to tap back and forth to see certain account balances, while looking at the transactions of another account, for example. It allows you to take advantage of your larger screen size in a way that was not possible prior to version 5.2. Above, you can see what this view looks like on an ipad in landscape and portrait orientations. The landscape screen will be the same for the iphone 6 Plus and 6s Plus, when you are holding your phone in landscape. Please note that the app navigation will have fewer icons available. ANDROID SPECIFIC EHANCEMENTS Android Fingerprint ID Android Fingerprint ID allows you to log into the Android mobile banking app using your fingerprint. It s an easy and secure way for you to log in without having to type or memorize a password. This feature is supported on any Android device that has a physical fingerprint scanner and is running the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. You must opt-in to enable Fingerprint ID on your supported device. When logging into the Android app, version 5.2 for the first time, you will be prompted to enable the feature. If you decide to dismiss the prompt and have not enable Fingerprint ID within 30 days, you will be prompted again.
