This dcument will be helpful t BrDR users in getting started with new web based supprt center n JIRA. 1. Lgin t BrDR Supprt Center Lgin t the site using yur username/passwrd. Fr the first time users, yu will receive a new accunt created email frm JIRA which will include a link fr yu t g t lgin page. The fllwing table highlights sme functinality available n System Dashbard: On tp right crner f the dashbard, yu can manage yur dashbard using menu ptins under Tls. This enables yu t decide which widgets yu wuld like t see n yur dashbard. Yu can navigate t issue list view using different built-in filters. Yu can navigate t Supprt Center prject summary page by clicking BrDR Supprt Center link shwn abve. Yu can explre ther links available in the widgets t perfrm different peratins. Yu can click Create buttn t create an issue after yu have entered all the required (*) fields. Yu can als select Create anther check bx t create issues in batch mde. View Issue Filters and Status This is a Issues summary page which displays different filter links by timeline, categrized view f unreslved issues and ther filter links. Yu can make use f ther links t efficiently jump t the list f issues yu may like t view. Any View Issues link will take yu t Issue Navigatr explained further in the next sectin. This scheme is a List View grid and ther ptin t view this screen is Default View as shwn belw. The Default View is a master-detail view which allws the master list n left while detail f the issue selected n the right. Yu can quickly select the issue n left and perfrm peratins n it n the right side. Versin 1.0.0.0 Page 9 f 14

Use upside triangle t mve t previus r next issue while in Default View (master-detail). Yu can exprt the issue using available frmats frm Exprt buttn. Yu can cmment n issue, attach files directly frm this view using buttns available. Use upside dwn triangle icn t select different criteria fr yur filter. Create New filter, Save current As new filter here. Yu can g t full view f the issue by clicking issue number link such as BRDRSUP-20 yu see anywhere n the site. This is explained in next sectin in further detail. Anywhere n the site clicking BrDR Supprt Center BrDR supprt Center link will take yu t the main Issues status/summary page. Main activity yu will be perfrming n this page is t review, cmment r attach files t an issue. Cmmenting n an issue, Attaching files t an issue and ther actins are explained in the fllwing sectins. Type yur cmment in the text bx. Cmment will be created after yu hit Add buttn. List f cmments will be visible with user name, timestamp and descriptin f the cmment. Each cmment rw can be click t reduce t detailed r minimized view f a cmment. Yu can click a pensile icn in each cmment rw t edit the cmment. Versin 1.0.0.0 Page 12 f 14

Click Chse Files buttn t select the files yu wish t attach t the issue. Yu can select multiple files n Chse Files page. After selecting the files, yu will see a preview f the attachments and check bxes t include r exclude any files at this time. After files are attached t an issue yu will see them as the image n left. Accept r Resubmit an Issue When issue is reslved by develpment r supprt team, Accept and Resubmit buttns will be available abve the Details sectin f the issue fr yur further actins. 12. Editing Yur JIRA Prfile Infrmatin Click Prfile menu item frm tp right crner f navigatin bar. This pens yur prfile page fr viewing and editing. Click n pencil icn t edit yur prfile Details. Yu can mdify yur full name, email and passwrd. Nte that email accunt n yur prfile will receive all yur JIRA ntificatins. Clicking the face image allws yu t select r uplad an avatar pht fr yur prfile. Click n pencil icn t edit yur Preferences. Use view Navigatr Clumns link t custmize yur default issue navigatr table view. Versin 1.0.0.0 Page 14 f 14
