Switching between Full screen mode and Windows mode. 3.5 Working with Windows 10 and Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer In Windows 10 there is no relevant difference concerning the installation and the log in process among the abovementioned browsers. For further information concerning the installation, the log in and the configuration you can go back to chaptre 3.3 respectively 3.4. Page 10 of 12
DOCUMT NO. 122112 3.6 Working with Windows 10 and Google Chrome After the installation of the Citrix Receiver proceed as usual by navigating to the Citrix log in website: https://portal.ypsomed.co m In Google Chrome you need to confirm that you re trusting this website. Just click after your registration on the top right of the website where your name s written and click on Activate. Afterwards you need to click on the beneath appeared file receiverconfig.cr. This windows will appear. Click on Add. Therewith you admit to trust this website. Now you can launch the Desktop. You ll find more information on chaptre 3.4. 3.7 Working with Windows 10 over the Citrix Receiver application 3.8 Logging off correctly 3.8.1 Citrix Apps Close the application window as is usual. 3.8.2 Citrix Desktop It is recommended to stick to the correct log off processual. Possibility 2 Click with the left mouse button on the Windows Home button. Click with the left mouse button on your name and choose Sign Out. Click on your username. Log Off.
