Introduction: The new email/webmail upgraded comes with many new features such as full function calendar, retrieve mail from mobile phone mail client and a full feature address book.
Change Password 1) If you want to change password, you can access this page : https://www.ipage.com/mailadmin Input your full email address (e.g. event@ccipa.com and default password (e.g. Aa1234567), then click on the Manage Mail button
2) Select the Change Password button to proceed with the change password
3) Input the new password follow the basic password guideline: Passwords must contain 8 or more characters, with at least one upper and lower case character, and at least one digit.
4) After clicked on the Change button, you will see the confirmation message: Your mailbox password has been changed
Login to Web Mail Access your webmail at this address: https://emailmg.ipage.com/ox6/ox.html 1) Input full email address as the username and your updated password to login e.g. User name: event@ccipa.com Password: Aa1234567
Webmail main page After login to the webmail, the main page showing 3 panels (Unread email, Calendar and Tasks) for easy reference.
Email page Click on the email button to view the email function page

Contact Page You can either add your contact from this page or import your existing contact list (see next page)
Import your contacts Click on the configuration button and select import from the list. There are multiple formats of files (ical, vcard or CSV) can be imported to address book. You can also import tasks & appointments
Receive your CCIPA email from popular mail clients Gmail If you use GMAIL as your mail client, following steps are the essentials: In Gmail, go to Settings select Accounts and Import Add a POP3 mail account you own
A pop-up window for input the email address (e.g. event@ccipa.com) then click Next Step Input the full email address as username then input password POP Server: winver.com ( port 110 )
Microsoft Outlook If you need to set up the email account at mail client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) follow the steps below: 1. Open Outlook and select the File tab. 2. Click on the Add Account button

Select the Manually configure server setting or additional server types then click Next In the pop-up input the information then click on the More Setting button then select Advance tab and input the information as below: Incoming mail server: pop.winver.com port 110 Outgoing mail server: smtp.winver.com port 587 User Name: full email address (e.g. event@ccipa.com)
4. Select the Internet E-mail button then click Next 5. Input the information and click More Setting button to input additional information.
6. In the pop-up box select the Advance tab and input the Outgoing server to 587 7. In the same pop-up box, select Outgoing Server tab and check the box as below screen
8. Once all the information correctly input and click on Next button, the system will connect to server and 9. Once the server checking completed, a successful message will display as illustrated
Receive CCIPA mail from Mobile Phones iphone - Step by Step Walkthrough You will need your incoming mail server, outgoing mail server, full email address, and your email password. Incoming mail server: pop.winver.com port 110 Outgoing mail server: smtp.winver.com port 587 Full email address (e.g. event@ccipa.com) 1. Go to your Settings app 2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars. 3. Select Add Account.
4. Select Other. 5. Select Add Mail Account. 6. Fill in the following information: a) Name: How your name appear in emails (example: John Smith) b) Email & Password: Full email address 7.
